I disagree with saying scripture is "plain" not all interpret the bible the same way,and it requires growing in spirit for further understanding,so it's not "plain" otherwise everyone would understand the bible immediately.
The Bible can be understood immediately.

Except bv those with an agenda.

What's so difficult to understand?
Was it not put together so that everyone can read it and understand it?
Is it only for the very intelligent?
Does the Bible not have to agree with itself?

It's VERY plain and simple.

How from day one?
Where's the verse?

Why didn't Jesus just send out the 11 in Mathew 10 instead of sending out the 12?
He could have kept Judas with Him to do some bookkeeping instead of sending an unbeliever to preach God's word!
It does no good to give you the verse...you will reject it and make some snide comment.....your problem is simple...you cannot, nor will you receive any verse that contradicts your stance.......Jesus states clearly that he chose the 12 and ONE WAS A DEVIL and that one is called the SON OF PERDITION and a THIEF WHO HOLDS THE BAG.....He was chosen as a LOST MAN ON PURPOSE to fulfill Scripture and SELL JESUS OUT FOR 30 SILVERS ........

Those who do works in His name are not clean...you say?

Not even the ones Jesus Himself picks?
So now you're saying Jesus makes mistakes???

He sent a non-believer to preach the word of God?
no Jesus didn't make a mistake he chose Judas Iscariot(there is another Judas for those who don't know)just like the other disciples but he was aware that Judas Iscariot would betray him,and knew satan would use Judas Iscariot, but as dcontroversal pointed out there are times that point to why Judas Iscariot could be tempted by satan to betray Jesus, the simplest being, money,it's not as if to say that Judas didn't follow Jesus devoutly like the other disciples he was simply the most "vulnerable" to satan is what is to be understood, for remember after betraying Jesus he "realized" what he had done and threw the money back to the Pharisees that he accepted to betray Jesus, though Jesus himself said"it were better that such a man not have been born" concerning whom would betray him speaking of Judas Iscariot, despite that it was meant to be that one of his disciples would betray him.

No, that is not what I said. Perhaps reading the words of Jesus that I posted would help alleviate your lack of understanding.

it was inspired by the old holy texts by king james' scribes and scholars it was never made "plain and simple" if you are referring to the new "modernized" versions that take away from God's word then that is quite different, they are made"plain and simple" to be mislead with.

Disciples are not just christian disciples, but worldly disciples as well. you see it every day followers of workers of iniquity and their disciples. any person that call themselves a christian and love anything of this world, and is a partaker of it will be cast into the lake of fire. If this be the case, then it is because they do not want to turn loose the things of the world. you either separate yourself totally or you don't. luke warm water will be spewed from his mouth. Nothing in this world and the lust of it will keep me from eternal salvation. I love nothing about this world, participate in none of it's activities. All i can say is ENJOY,because God's words don't lie. he will prove it.
Some persons are blessed with the capability to remove themselves totally from the world.
You have a blessing.

Dan gave the verse earlier: John 6:64b

For Jesus had known from the beginning which
of them did not believe and who would betray him.

Amen and yet they say he was saved....exactly why the workers for will never be able to acknowledge the truth...they simply refuse to believe what is clearly written!!

No.
I'm referring to the entire word of God Joe.
Which parts do you think are difficult?
When you read through the Bible the first time, what ideas did you come away with?

so you just immediately understood and comprehended entirely every word spoken to you or that you read from the bible?
I was speaking on the "spiritual" sense, not intelligence, think it over more,it's easy to just speak something,it's wiser to think out one's words or better yet allow the Holy spirit to speak through you.

Who are THEM????
A more accurate question would have been: who are THEY? But you are one of THEM. Perhaps you misunderstand Scripture so completely that YOU think Jesus makes mistakes. A proper understanding of Scripture would never entertain such an idea.

well that explains alot then, anyone can simply "read" the bible and go and just claim to be self approved but to "Truly" understand God's word you need God for the interpretation of his word which is not limited to simply the bible but what God has spoken,"for in the beginning was the word and the word was God" it's easy to just, read, hear, then teach, but if you don't have God by way of the holy spirit for answers then you've still yet to learn God's word, you've barely begun learning.

Matthew 4

1Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 2And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. 3And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. 4But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
5Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
6And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
7Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
8Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 9And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. 10Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. 11Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

'not by works'

It is written:

Revelation 22

12
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

14Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Be careful not to confuse the verses that Teach the New Testament in place of the Old and all its required works.

2 Peter 3

4Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. 15And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 16As also in all hisepistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they doalso the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. 17Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. 18But grow in grace, and inthe knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

You're kind of like the Catholic pope.
He makes statements and they must be accepted.
As to all of the above...

Ditto back to you.

Fortunately, not all agree with you.

Just to be clear ....

Judas was not included in the THEM that you quote.
Changing the subject to me won't help you.
