Yes, praise Jesus Christ, to Whom belongs all glory and honor for His perfect life, love, faith and works.
Friend, if you don't have a changed/ changing life you need to be born again. You're not ready for the return of Christ.
Even Luther said that the faith that justifies all by itself apart from works won't be alone but will result in works.

I have said the same thing 3 times recently. Once to you and twice before when people act as if we need "proof" to be saved when in fact .... I'll just quote myself

1347. dikaiósis
Strong's Concordance
dikaiósis: the act of pronouncing righteous, acquittal

Original Word: δικαίωσις, εως, ἡ
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine
Transliteration: dikaiósis
Phonetic Spelling: (dik-ah'-yo-sis)
Definition: the act of pronouncing righteous, acquittal
Usage: acquittal, justifying, justification, a process of absolution.

________

Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.

19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?

23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

Abraham BELIEVED and THAT is why God imputed righteousness to Him, those works DID NOT help justify Him before GOD

V

For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.

For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works.

_________

Don't conflate the rebuke of a partial favor that can show love in word but not deed with how to be justified before God....

How many works are you suggesting God needs to see added to the blood of Christ to justify you?

A daily offering a quota or a set number?
Works don’t justify us before God. But James is not addressing the body of Christ, but the nation of Israel going through the tribulation. In the tribulation a man is justified by faith and works.

You do not understand the word "justify" in context of how James is using.it...sorry but you are wrong completely.

James clearly states "he was called a friend of God" by whom ....by humans... read and understand the thesis of the book.
Read verse 1 of chapter 1 and you’ll know the audience. It’s not the body of Christ, but Israel.

people act as if we need "proof" to be saved
The changed life is proof you are born again.
The unchanged life is proof you are not born again and not a child of God:

8The one who does what is sinful is of the devil...
9No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God.
10This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child

Wow have never heard this before.
Okay, I stay with the correct understanding of James.

Justified as a believer? There are plenty who do good works in “Jesus name” but are lost. Works never justify us before God or man.
FALSE.....none good and he never knew them.....they had believed a false gospel of faith plus for salvation

Have you never read verse one?

1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

Scripture never uses this term to mean Jewish Christians. It only means the nation of Israel as a whole.

So why do you think anyone of us ever need to be "justified" before man in the first place?
Forget who's seeing it.
The important matter is that your faith is not dead faith, but faith that is alive, as evidenced by your obedience.
Dead faith can't save you.
Even demons have dead faith.

So James, to you, was actually stating that works justify us before God?

Here’s the thing. The believer in the gospel of Christ is justified at the moment of salvation. No matter what happens from that point forward. Justification is a one time event.

Not that surprising actually since this thread has largely been transformed into an echo chamber.
Interesting isn't, how about ten of us are right on point and in agreement on many doctrines.
