Free will is not a biblical concept, it dates back to Greek philosophy. Please use biblical concepts to defend you stance.

Free will is not a biblical concept?

Are you serious?

Did God give Adam the freedom to choose whether or not to eat the forbidden frui?

Did God stop Abraham from having a baby with Haggar? Or did Abraham choose to do this?

Did God force Isaac to bless Esau? Instead of Jacob?

Did God keep Joseph from going to Egypt which caused the Israeilites to become slaves?

Was it not Moses' free will that caused him to hit the rock twice?

What does Deuteronomy 30:15, 19 mean?

Did man have a choice to obey God and receive blessings in he covenants OR disobey God and receive curses?

What does Joshua 24: 15a mean?

Ezekiel 36:26 Why did God have to give anybody a new heart? He could have given them the right one the first time.
Or is He not able?

Psalm 119:30
John 3:16
Ephesians 5:6 If we could be deceived, it means we have a choice NOT TO.
Acts 2:21

Are YOU SURE YOU'RE READING THE "BIBLE"? Wow! ~ "There is none so blind as he who will not see"...
"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, “I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you, and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.”"2 Corinthians 6:14-18 ESV

"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?"
2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV

"If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?"
1 Corinthians 14:23 KJV

"But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers."
1 Corinthians 6:6 KJV

"The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers."
Luke 12:46 KJV

"So if the whole church comes together and everyone speaks in tongues, and inquirers or unbelievers come in, will they not say that you are out of your mind?"
1 Corinthians 14:23 NIV

"Tongues, then, are a sign, not for believers but for unbelievers; prophecy, however, is not for unbelievers but for believers."
1 Corinthians 14:22 NIV

"But instead, one brother takes another to court—and this in front of unbelievers!"
1 Corinthians 6:6 NIV

"Pray that I may be kept safe from the unbelievers in Judea and that the contribution I take to Jerusalem may be favorably received by the Lord’s people there,"
Romans 15:31 NIV

"The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers."
Luke 12:46 NIV

Jesus did not pay anyones sins who hadnt repented ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,end of story
I personally think he did.

John 3:16-18
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

When Jesus said it is finished what was finished?
The temple curtain was torn it two.

The only sin that can't be forgiven is what?

The sin if unbelief in Jesus.

John 16:8-9
And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me;

All sins were bought at a price, paid for except one.

Your implying to her to use her own freewill to love God, after telling her to not use her freewill? where is the logic in that? .Do you really even know what you write is contracting....love must be preformed of a voluntary freewill, lest it is not love at all...wake up and smell the coffee, youve been slumbering too long... Every offering presented to God must be of our own voluntary freewill, Lev 1-3, its not possible to love God without such freedom of choice
When you stray from the simple Word of God life becomes complicated and a wrong concept must cover for the previous one.

How can I truly love God if I have no free will?

Does one marry a woman who does not freely love him?
How is that love?

So nice to use common sense...

That's just it..... it doesn't call them unbelievers or unbelievers..... it simply says if they purposely commit such sins, they will be condemned, sinner or saint.

Sure, some will say they were never saved, but those once truly saved do this. The Apostasy is proof of it.

Exactly what saves a person?
The gospel is eternal life...but do you really understand how one receives this gift?

You always focus on our part only as works how are we saved really?

The gospel is eternal life?
Could you post some scripture please?

You want to know how one is saved?

Did I say in a previous post that smart people don't answer dumb questions.

You're on a Christian site.
That's a pretty dumb question.

freewill is implied some 12,000 times in the text, and the term is used 17 times in the text...just the word "if" which implies freewill choice is found thousands of times,,everybody presupposes freewill in theior daily lives...its a no brainier
Amen Brother.

Dcon asked if Jesus' words were a COMMANDMENT.

Pretty funny coming from someone who REFUSES TO ADMIT THAT OBEYING IS REQUIRED.

Anyway, one could CHOOSE to obey or disobey a commandment.

Easy...

i believe what JMBO means is that Jesus paid for everyone's sins,
but it's of NO VALUE to us unless we ACCEPT His gift.

This would be correct.

You're ALWAYS telling people they're going to you know where.
I think you've cut back a bit.

It's really true about how we see the other's faults but not our own.

Me included...

My will was corrupted by sin. Now my will is renewed in Christ. Where once I served sin now I serve my Savior.

For the cause of Christ
