S...,

While I can understand why He may have stopped speaking to you.......because I doubt He appreciates mutilation of His word.....your statement is wrong.

The Holy Spirit is alive and well and speaks to us ...who listen.
Be careful, which Spirits you listen to. Don't forget the evil Spirits are out in full force, deceiving the whole world

Please post a scripture that says "clearly" God saves only the elect.

Here is what my Bible says -

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 3:16

Your "gospel", which is not the Gospel, says this -

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that those who are elected to be saved should not perish but have everlasting life. Calvinism 3:16

Yours is a false gospel.

JPT
The problem is, we have one bible and a 1000 interpretations. Take your pick, but choose wisely. We all follow our shepherds, we are the sheep and our shepherds tell us what the scriptures mean. So if you happen to be one of those unfortunate sheep who is lead by a wolf, you are in serious trouble my friend.

I suggest you find a good shepherd and follow him, it looks like your current one is leading you astray.

You need to learn which scriptures to throw away and which to put in your basket.
Well, that just sounds weird.

How 'bout 2 Timothy 3:16-17 -

"16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."

Now, if you mean to say something like, "All Scripture is FOR us, but not all Scripture is ABOUT us ['us' being 'the Church which is His body' ('TO, FOR, and ABOUT the Church which is His body')]," then I can agree with you there. But both Calvinism and Arminianism fail in this regard.

Jesus said it best when he rebuked Peter. Get the behind me Satan.
A great big fake having fun with actual Christians is a pitiable sight. That it can repeatedly personally assault members without censer is too.
Find another hobby unbeliever. In the end the regret will not be assuaged. Only the judgment will have its final word against all you've done.
I am a Saint of God, I will be judging the reprobate. We will be given entire cities to rule over, so you better be nice to me or I may just make you clean rest rooms.

I mean a lot of the Bible is irrelevant to us, mainly the NT applies to us. Much of the OT is no longer relevant to us in the 21st century

Nothing to do with US? The plan of salvation has EVERYTHING to do with us . ;)
We were saved before the world was created, salvation has nothing to do with us. Lest any man boast

Again..we keep saying and posting scripture..God loves ALL MANKIND..Jesus DIED for ALL MANKIND. BECAUSE if God passionate love for us that ALL WOULD ACCEPT Him as Lord and Savior of thier lives BEFORE the day of judgement when it will be too late and Yes..some He loves and died for WILL go to hell..not because GOD wants that..but because of the choices of mankind NOT TO ACCEPT JESUS..
That's not what my Bible tells me, my Bible says that God chose me to be a Saint before the world was made. So now I'm a Saint, I had nothing to do with it. I lived like a devil for most of my life, while others have lived good lives but they are going to hell. That is the Gospel of grace.

Acts 13 [blb] -

26 Men, brothers, sons of the family of Abraham, and those among you fearing God, to us the message of this salvation has been sent. 27 For those dwelling in Jerusalem and their rulers, not having known Him and the voices of the prophets that are being read on every Sabbath, having condemned Him, they fulfilled them. 28 And having found no cause of death, they begged Pilate to put Him to death.
29 And when they had finished all the things having been written about Him, having taken Him down from the tree, they put Him in a tomb. 30 But God raised Him out from the dead, 31 who appeared for many days to those having come up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are now His witnesses to the people.
32 And we preach the gospel to you, the promise having been made to the fathers, 33 that God has fulfilled this to us their children, having raised up Jesus, as also it has been written in the second psalm:
‘You are My Son,
today I have begotten you.’
34 And that He raised Him out from the dead, no more being about to return to decay, He spoke thus:
‘I will give to you the holy and sure blessings of David.’
35 Therefore He also says in another:
‘You will not allow your Holy One to see decay.’
36 For indeed David, having served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep and was added to his fathers, and saw decay. 37 But the One God raised up did not see decay.
38 Therefore be it known to you, men, brothers, that through this One, forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. 39 And in Him everyone believing is justified from all things from which you were not able to be justified in the Law of Moses. 40 Take heed therefore, lest that having been said in the prophets might come about:
41 ‘Behold, scoffers,
and wonder and perish;
for I am working a work in your days,
a work that you would never believe,
even if one should declare it to you.’”

The Gentiles Ask to Hear the Gospel

42 And they having departed, they were begging these words to be spoken to them on the next Sabbath.

You falsley accuse my God of casting wicked sinners into hell for nothing. That is a lie and it's actually blasphemy!!!!. God cast sinners into hell, "Sin" is not nothing as you claim it is. Sin is so disgusting that God will not tolerate it in heaven, He doesn't want to pollute heaven with "nothing". It's not nothing, it's filthy wicked sin and even I don't like it let alone how God feels about it.
You talk out of both sides of yoru mouth.

Yes, Sin is so disgusting God can not tolerate it. Which means your sin is just as wicked and intolerable then theirs

Yet God for NO REASON overlooks your sin (basically saying it is not evil) and does not overlook them to hell.

Your right, He will send wicked to hell. He will send all of us to hell if we do not humble ourselves and say YES to the gift he paid.

Your so afraid of trying to think your faith is your work that you reject the true love of God and make him a respector of persons.

A true father loves all his creation. Willing that no one should perish (hell was made for satan NOT MAN) But if man wants to chose to go with satan, He will not stop them, But he will not FORCE them to reject him or refuse to give them the ability to chose him, as your God does.

God CAN NOT LOOK at sin..that SEPERATES us from God..thats why we need to ask forgivemess and THROUGH GODS GRACE He forgives and rememners it no more...:)

But..your last paragraph is spot on!

Then I reiterate what I'd said:

… if you mean to say something like, "All Scripture is FOR us, but not all Scripture is ABOUT us ['us' being 'the Church which is His body' ('TO, FOR, and ABOUT the Church which is His body')]," then I can agree with you there.

But both Calvinism and Arminianism fail in this regard.

...an example would be, Lk19:12,15,17,19 ("have thou authority over ten cities"/"five cities") is about the time of His Second Coming to the earth (not at our Rapture [to, for, and about "the Church which is His body"]), and those saints then.

why would you throw away any scripture?

Gods inspired written word is perfect and flows together without anything needing to be added to or taken from it....

Since when are any scriptures to be thrown away? Are we supposed to decide which scriptures we are to keep and throw away. Please explain how we decide which to keep and throw away? Most likely we would end blank pages.

I believe the verse you are refering to is this..regarding salvation n works

Ephesians 2 New International Version (NIV)
Made Alive in Christ
2 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2 in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. 3 All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh[a] and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath. 4 But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. 6 And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 7 in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. 10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

1. GOD EXTENDS GRACE
2.WE CHOOSE TO ACCEPT BY OUR FAITH

"Not of ourselves..." means NOT BY ANY WORKS...
