These sins could very well be all in your past and not in your future.
Again, all have sinned, but not all continue to sin.
Again, all have sinned, but not all must continue to sin.
This verse is taken out of context. This is about doing things that go against your own conscience, which in this case is eating specific foods.
The rest of the passage,
Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All food is clean, but it is wrong for a person to eat anything that causes someone else to stumble. It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother or sister to fall. So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves. But whoever has doubts is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith; and everything that does not come from faith is sin.
Once again, everyone has turned their own way at some point, but they need not continue to go their own way.
Again, all have sinned, but not all continue to sin.

So you are ONE who thinks he does not sin any more?
Remember a momentary thought of sin is EQUAL to breaking every LAW GOD wrote; whether it be greed, envy, hate, favoritism, selfishness, lust, anger, PRIDE, etc. AND those are just sins of commission, and there is a whole realm of sins of omission. You must be the most generous man on the planet. How many of your possessions have you sold to give money to charities and the needy? Have you sold your house yet? How about your car?
Matthew 5:28 (GW)
[SUP]28 [/SUP] But I can guarantee that whoever looks with lust at a woman has already committed adultery in his heart.
1 John 3:15 (NKJV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
James 2:10 (NIV)
[SUP]10 [/SUP] For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.
1 John 3:17 (NKJV)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?
Mark 7:20-23 (NASB)
[SUP]20[/SUP] And He was saying, "That which proceeds out of the man, that is what defiles the man.
[SUP]21 [/SUP] "For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed the evil thoughts, fornications, thefts, murders, adulteries,
[SUP]22 [/SUP] deeds of coveting and wickedness, as well as deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride and foolishness.
[SUP]23 [/SUP] "All these evil things proceed from within and defile the man."
Now who else was it that lowered the STANDARDS of GOD to something they could keep, and then thought they NO LONGER SINNED. Hmmmm, let me think, I know it was somebody in the Bible, hmmmm. Oh yes, I GOT IT! It was the Pharisees.
I cannot apologize for what I absolutely believe. I do not believe that any human being other than Christ ever becomes sinless, until we get that glorified body that cannot even think sin, when He calls us out of this earth to go to the Wedding of the Lamb.
Like Dr. John MacArthur said, "A Christian is not sinless. However as he or she matures spiritually they will sin less, and less, and less.
