Genesis 38:9-10 KJV
And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.
[10] And the thing which he did displeased the Lord : wherefore he slew him also.

David absolutely lusted after Bathsheba who was another man's wife. What he did was despicable.
And yet he treated her like a queen, as she effectively became. His good treatment of her - his love - had absolutely nothing to do with his sins, which were lust coming to fruition in adultery. Thus, lust and adultery have nothing to do with the treatment of the woman, and everything to do with the taking of another man's wife.

So you have no idea whatsoever what "Lust" even is, then???
Lust translates a word for desire, what in the context of the New Testament it almost always refers to illegitimate desire. A word translated is used to translate 'covet' in Exodus 20:17.

There is a command against coveting once neighbor wife but not against coveting one's own wife

in some aspects lust does have everything to do with the treatment of women

Not all people who lust will treat there partner accordingly and 3 months down the line they will spilt up when they both find out they don't love each other and find another sex slave.

The point is, lust is independent of treatment. It has nothing to do with it. Lust is one's sexual longing for someone else's wife who is not one's own, irrespective of how well that one would treat the wife.

Conversely, a man's desire for his own wife can never be lust, irrespective of how poorly he might treat her. While the poor treatment of the woman may still be a sin, it is not the sin of lust.

If a marriage is founded on lust it's probably not going to last. If it's founded on love it will.

But people mistake lust for love

It's like saying I saw a women and assumed my lust would automatically qualify me to have sex with her or my love for her will qualify me

Or my lust or love for her is something I hope she feels for me.

Mutual attraction has to come first but it has to be dismissed when your allready married.

sadly in the case of marriage where there isn't proper loving you have to stick with your marriage and work it out unless there are suitable grounds for divorce.

There's no need to attack a fellow Christian with such rhetoric. I am well aware what lust is. If you read the rest of my post, you will see my reasoning.

If epididymal hypertension results from arousal without release then the answer is simple—exercise a little self-control and avoid getting aroused. Masturbating is the worst possible option; doing so only ensures less self-control. Quit thinking about sex all the time and do something productive.

let me guess you've never been a wanker either 😊

And I don't think you realise the severity of epididymal hypertension either or understand completely how it comes about because it doesn't just come about from sexual arousal it also occurs from lack of of sex.

I am sure there are some worse possible options found in Leviticus 18.
