Genesis 2
10 Now a river flowed out of Eden to water the garden; and from there it divided and became four rivers.

1 Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb,2in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Water Flowing from the Temple
1Then he brought me back to the door of the temple, and behold, water was issuing from below the threshold of the temple toward the east (for the temple faced east). The water was flowing down from below the south end of the threshold of the temple, south of the altar.2Then he brought me out by way of the north gate and led me around on the outside to the outer gate that faces toward the east; and behold, the water was trickling out on the south side.
3Going on eastward with a measuring line in his hand, the man measured a thousand cubits,[SUP]a[/SUP] and then led me through the water, and it was ankle-deep.4Again he measured a thousand, and led me through the water, and it was knee-deep. Again he measured a thousand, and led me through the water, and it was waist-deep.5Again he measured a thousand, and it was a river that I could not pass through, for the water had risen. It was deep enough to swim in, a river that could not be passed through.6And he said to me, “Son of man, have you seen this?”
Then he led me back to the bank of the river.7 As I went back, I saw on the bank of the river many trees on the one side and on the other.8And he said to me, “This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, and enters the sea;[SUP]b[/SUP] when the water flows into the sea, the water will become fresh.[SUP]c[/SUP]9And wherever the river goes,[SUP]d[/SUP] every living creature that swarms will live, and there will be very many fish. For this water goes there, that the waters of the sea[SUP]e[/SUP] may become fresh; so everything will live where the river goes.10Fishermen will stand beside the sea. From Engedi to Eneglaim it will be a place for the spreading of nets. Its fish will be of very many kinds, like the fish of the Great Sea.[SUP]f[/SUP]11But its swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they are to be left for salt.12 And on the banks, on both sides of the river, there will grow all kinds of trees for food. There leaves will not wither, nor their fruit fail, but they will bear fruit every month. Because the water for them flows from the sanctuary.Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for healing.”

When the fall of man occur in the Garden of Eden ,it seems that the river that was watering the Garden of Eden was perfection. When God removed them from the Garden of Eden, curse was the ground (dust) on earth that they where made from. This river in Genesis 2:10 was cut off from the world in order that curruption (the curse) take it toll on the earth and everything living in it. sickness death etc.

devil is created by God for a purpose. Paul says
1C 5:5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
The salvation of the spirit of the sinner is attained only through the destruction of the flesh, and for that the devil is required...to destroy the flesh.
To be in the image of God, it is very important to know what is good and evil, having the capacity to differentiate between good and evil...for that we have to know and experience both good and evil. devil is used in this process for us to know the evil.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (There is a warfare still going on today outside the heavenly realms)
Man was accused day and night, and today, Jesus sits at the right hand of God, with hand up to those that can't enter to the throne of grace, being of the evil, unbelief, and we can now enter with confidence, because of what Christ has done for us through his death, we can enter, not by any of our works by Christ's alone

And that is not for more forgiveness, it is for learning how to walk in the Spirit as Christ did, God gets all the credit as Christ showed. We are only participators, we have no righteousness of our own ever, we are partakers in this miraculous salvation only, not imitators

I see it this way, 1/3 of the angels saw the light of God through Lucifer, that were convinced by Lucifer that this light that shone so brightly through him, that he was and is God.
God saw this and God made man, and shone his light on man, and so Lucifer's bright light that had been shinning through him, now does not shine as bright. so he came to earth used the serpent to deceive man and kill man, for God said Adam would die if he ate, so he got Adam to eat and expected Adam to die, thinking he would get that bright shinning light back, but did not, and God had Mercy.
I love God don't you?
