Hi! Yes, once "the ruler" that antichrist establishes his seven year covenant with Israel, it will allow them to build their temple and will begin to make sacrifices and offerings as they did before the Messiah was cut off during that first 3 1/2 years. Then, in the middle of the seven years, is when he sets up that abomination which cause the woman/Israel to flee out into the wilderness where she is cared for during that last 3 1/2 years until Christ returns to the earth to end the age.
The abomination is the thought of rebuilding of that which no longer was needed to be used as a shadow in cerimoinal laws that did preach the gospel in respect to the suffering of Christ beforehand..
The time of reformation had come.
The antichrist (Satan) as the ruler of this world, as the god of it, as he works in the heart of men to give him a body. He would have men believe the time of reformation is still pending.and the man of sin the Satan has not been reveled . Keeping some in the dark .I believe.
The veil is rent there is no need for another outward demonstration of the work of the Holy Spirit in parables . Christ
in us (Emanuel) is the temple of God.
2Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight
We have that treasure (our new faith of Christ) working in us to both will and do his good pleasure but never would not assume it was of us.
Peter tried .He is shown being used as one of the many that were used as antichrists (a body needed to bring the will of another) having it n respect to the flesh of Peter. Peter was forgiven. (Blasphemy against the Son of man as that seen) is forgivable.
Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit (not seen) is not forgiven.
We walk by faith (the unseen eternal) . Again the key "time of reformation" has come. It’s been doing the work of restoring for over two thousand literal years.leading towards the last day
The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all
was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: Which was a figure (
parable) for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances,
imposed on them until the
time of reformation. Heb 9:8
Mathew 16 provides the clearest picture of the antichrist Satan (singular one) the evil one, working in the affairs of men trying to make the "things of God" as if they were one in the same as the "things of men", Peter was used as one of antichrists (plural many) Peter was forgiven.
The lesson I would think is we do not need men to teach us. (The warning of the antichrists who would seduce us. 1 John2:26-27 )
The Holy Spirit is able to keep His promise as to who it is that does the teaching, comforting and guidance as we hold out the gospel of His salvation ....and bring to our mind the things he has taught us.
A clear distinction must be made between the things of
God and those of
men
Then
Peter took
him, and began to rebuke
him, saying, Be it far from
thee, Lord: this shall not be unto
thee.But
he turned, and said unto
Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an
offence unto me: for thou savourest
not the “things that be of
God”,
but “those that be of
men”.Then said
Jesus unto his disciples, If any
man will come after
me, let him deny himself, and take up
his cross, and follow
me. Mat 16:22
It would be very difficult to venerate, a form of worship, Peter for acting as one of the many anti-christs who were there.
The gospel is the key that the gates of hell could never prevail against. Not one who resists the key shown as acting as one of the many antichists, the man of sin..
