If he was then surely salvation could have been urshered in by Moses.
Moses was a prophet confirmed but not appropriated to bring us salvation. God chose Jesus for that.

So if I do not believe in a trinity, am I lacking in understanding somehow?
Yes.

The proplem I see is people's understanding of "all of scripture". What does that mean? Christ said that ALL who came before Him were thieves and robbers. Does that not include people like Moses?
God has always retained a remnant which carries His true desired worship forward.

Moses was Trinitarian as revealed by His writings.

"Jesus" was born of a woman many years after Moses' death. What spoke to Moses was what He is of. The Holy Spirit.
Um. Jesus claimed that before abraham was, he existed.. Are you calling Jesus a liar?

And no, it was not the HS who spoke to moses. it was the God of Isreal. who was sent by the father and his spirit.

[SUP]12 [/SUP]“Listen to Me, O Jacob, And Israel, My called: I am He, I am the First, I am also the Last. [SUP]13 [/SUP]Indeed My hand has laid the foundation of the earth, And My right hand has stretched out the heavens; When I call to them, They stand up together.[SUP]14 [/SUP]“All of you, assemble yourselves, and hear! Who among them has declared these things? The Lord loves him; He shall do His pleasure on Babylon, And His arm shall be against the Chaldeans. [SUP]15 [/SUP]I, even I, have spoken; Yes, I have called him, I have brought him, and his way will prosper. [SUP]16 [/SUP]“Come near to Me, hear this: I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; From the time that it was, I was there. And now the Lord God and His Spirit
Have sent Me.”

the one speaking can't be the father, or his spirit (the Holy Spirit) it must be Jesus, also knows as the son of God and the Son of man.

The Son existed in the OT.

Jesus, Himself, told us that Abraham SAW Him and was glad....and that Moses wrote about Him.

"I am" is a constant STATE OF BEING. Everyone living today feels as though "they've always been here as long as they can remember. You and your word are one (hopefully). If you were in another room and you ask your kid or your wife for a glass of water, the word or sound spoken is identified as you even if your child or wife cannot see you.

lol wow.

1. Jesus did not just say before abraham was I am. in the greek he literally said before abraham was. I always existed.
2. I do not know anyone who would think they were here before abraham. thus your example does not begin to answer the question
3. why did you totally ignore the passage I gave you? who was it who spoke to Isreal? if it was not the father or spirit, and not jesus, then who was it?

Galatians 3:19-20

19*Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

20*Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

I'll ask a simple question and expect a simple answer - I expect some will attack my question and no-one will answer it if they know the follow up question....

Who does God worship as God?

Jesus is Yahweh.

Remember that The Trinity shares the same singular name.
If Jesus is Yahweh which I'm not disputing, then the Son must be the Father and the Father must be the Son.

Who does God worship as God?

God does not worship.

Jesus, in His humanity, showed us the proper way to worship.

That is not what scripture states....nor is that what logic mandates.

Something I want to ask,
John 14 vs 6, Jesus says "I am the way, the truth and the life".
In vs 17 he says, "Even the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive".
If the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth, and Jesus is also the truth, are there two truths or two Spirits of Truth?

In vs 17, he goes on to say, "you know him, for he dwelleth with you and shall be in you".
In vs 18, he says "I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you".
In vs 19, he says "because I live, you live also" and in vs 20, he says "I am in the Father, and ye in me, and I in you".
What Spirit is in us, if Jesus Christ says that he is in us, and also promises the Holy Spirit will be in us? Are there two Spirits that are different to each other? Two Spirits in His Bride (Body)? Two heads?
If Jesus Christ is the life, as spoken in vs 6, and he says because he lives, we live also, how do we have eternal life without having His life in us, giving us eternal life? How can we be of the same Spirit, that will quicken our mortal bodies?
It is by the Holy Spirit that Jehovah comes to us in spirit. The Holy Spirit is indwelling, Jehovah is transcendent.
