So then, according to Revelation 9:5, we can see that the 7 years have been shortened to 5 months—2 x 3 1/2 years shortened to 2 x 2 1/2 month segments.

The 5 months is for the locust to torment those without the seal of God. That isn't the trib. The trib is when the enemy persecutes and kills Christians. That happens in the 6th trump and it is 42 months not 5.

You can’t just see the word “field” in Matthew, then go find the word “field” in Proverbs and conflate them…

I saw a video this week about the Revelation 12 sign that is in the heavens right now and they specifically mentioned that Psalm 23 was also written in the stars in that sign.

It can sure, but when the bible speaks of a group of people being raised UP into the air, to the clouds to meet others, context dictates that the clouds and air are literal. That is because I use scriptue to give hope life to build encourage it is not a tool to prove my theories or my own beliefs right. everyone posts scripture but only to prove theories own beleifgs and their own doctrines to be correct. Yet all it does is cause confusion more debates more arguments this is what you call truth? this is what you call the holy sacred word of God? if you can casualually quote scripture then you have no reverence for his word.
