Vrs 26 when the term shall never die is talking about the second death.
Paul said it is appointed for man to die once then the judgement. Notice appointed is used again here?
The first death is the state that we come into this world in. I'm pretty sure the 2nd death is the physical death of our bodies. I can't say that as fact just yet but I believe that to be true.

we will die, we will be risen, and will be eternal. Because HE lives we shall live also.
That's what religion says but the bible says a believer will never die.... Believest thou this?

“But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened , and the moon will not give its light , and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the S on of M an coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory. And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet blast , and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

If the sign of Pisces isn't the sign of the son of Man, I don't what ever could be. It marks the age of Christ, Christendom.

that is what religion says that is what the bible says just like it says there is not one day promised to anyone. You use one-liner of the Bible out of context. YOu are not going to die physically? You know that you will be here until the Lord comes?

My body will just like every other human who has ever lived. I will be like Enoch, God will take me out of this body and this body will fall to the ground dead. I wont SEE death.

Yes, the entire body of Christ was that temple without hands, foretold to be raised in 3 days, which conversely means the stone temple was over and done; then newly raised temple is furnished with the Spirit's presence at the Pentecost, after the sanctuary (inner man) got cleansed.

So it doesn't make sense . If the Spirit won't dwell in a building made with hands any more, how is such building considered "a holy place"?

Have you forgotten saint the promise that Jesus would sit on David's throne.

I really wonder how people reconcile this... To me going back to a rock building and to animal sacrifices never made sense, why would interrupting of animal sacrifices be somehow a bad thing before God, post 33AD. He abolished it Himself already. Then why is it considered a work of evil that they ceased.
The temple was more than just for sacrifice.
The promise that Jesus would sit on David's throne for one.
In the millennium we come to worship from all nation's. God points to Jerusalem to be that center point.
Perhaps this is the most convincing ...the last appointed time on the Jewish calendar is called feast of Tabernacles. It is where God Tabernacles with his people.
Jesus is to rule with a rod of iron for one thousand yrs.
I'm going to post a new thread about a little known title jesus is known as.....the goel.
I pray that the saints here find it interesting. The goel is also known as the kingsmen redeemer.
One of the task of a goel is that he restores. (Hint).

I agree with your conclusion, not about Enoch, but that Christians don't die. Though our body falls away, we never die.

It's been pounded into our heads so long that Enoch's body didn't die that it's hard to get past it and just believe that "These all died" literally means "These all died".

I don't fault people for not seeing it, it took me a long time to through my incorrect beliefs on that.

that is an opinion Enoch is only an example Jesus is the sure foundation HIS Body was raised UP so will our bodies be raised up when HE calls us from the Grave and we receive a Body like his. Jesus has a Real Body that can be seen and touched and is too physical

@CS1 would you like to explain especially this last paragraph. If you just click disagree it's still going to keep not making sense to me.

You're making a good argument here... Holy Spirit left the building when the curtain was torn, and then the temple was completely destroyed because He declared temple made with hands wasn't to His liking, made another without hands, so what building is there left to profane. How to profane a place God doesn't want to dwell in and hence isn't sanctified.
FYI the RED X means I disagree not dislike :)
I disagree with your assessment of KJV1611 on post 96

Sorry I corrected it soon after I typed it.
I just think only saying "I disagree" doesn't address what's troubling me there. Why would God want to go back to a temple made with hands? God doesn't go back with things that would be like going back to Tabernacle now. (Or animal sacrifices.) I see a lot of people cite the throne of David but it doesn't make sense with other things, it has to make sense with all of it...if that makes sense

The same men who teach that the abomination that left Jerusalem desolate is The Antichrist profaning a temple the Jews are going to build, instead of the abomination of desolation being the abomination of the Jews murdering Christ.

If you read KJV1611 last comment in the sentence
" the abomination of desolation being the abomination of the Jews murdering Christ."

This is unbiblical comment is completely out of context. IN a post before I called KJV1611 on it, in which he suggested I was a Jew Fantic which he did apologise for saying to I might add.

What do you disagree with on the other post? You disagree with me saying something makes no sense to me? I guess it must make sense to me, I just wrongly think it doesn't make sense to me... I thought that was funny...

Why do you disagree with the killing of Jesus being the abomination that left Jerusalem desolate?
