1 Thes. 5:1-2&4
1 - But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
2 - For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
4 - But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

Now, now, what Day is the Day of the Lord or the Lord's Day? John the Apostle was caught up into the Lord's Day - by the way, John was caught up TWICE, FIRST he was caught up and BROUGHT FROM THE FIRST CENTURY(~95AD) to the twenty-first century, even the time of Apocalypse, that is THIS seventh and last millennium or seventh and last Day IN WHICH WE ARE LIVING, that is the Lord's Day - Rev. 1:v.10.

Greetings Oseas,

First of all, John was only caught up once. In Rev.1:10 John states that he was in the spirit, i.e. in his mortal body meditating on God and His word. It is in Rev.4:2 where says, "immediately I was in the spirit" is referring to literally being transformed into the spirit and was caught up to heaven. And second of all, John was not brought from the first century to the twenty first century. John was being shown a vision of the future and not actually taken there.

The day of the Lord is period of time which covers the entire time period of God's wrath, which is found in pretty my all of the prophets description of it.

"The great Day of the LORD is near—near and coming quickly.

Listen, the Day of the LORD! Then the cry of the mighty will be bitter. That day will be a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress,
a day of destruction and desolation, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness.

Jesus referred to the day of the Lord also as "the hour of trial," which is neither a day nor an hour in length, but covers last seven years where the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments will be poured out upon the inhabitants of the earth.

I do have some questions. What do you believe will happen next? I see the signs that tell me the rapture is around the corner, everything is ready for the mark of the beast technology and for the world wide surveillance required by the antichrist, and on top of that we have troubling news when it comes to A.I. and science playing god, recently they created fake blood that can be used instead of donated real blood.
What I believe will happen next, is exact what you posted, i.e. that Jesus is going to appear and call up the church. And I agree with everything that you wrote above. See, you are already familiar with end-time events. As you continue to study and pray, the Spirit will reveal more.

The fact that we can see the stage being set for the antichrist/beast and his mark, should be a red flag for all believers. Unfortunately, because of lack of study and the adoption of false teachings, even many believers do not realize that we are quickly approaching our departure.

Case in point, when I the Lord first called me when I was 14, I was immediately drawn to end-time events and have been studying it ever since. When I saw the first ATM's go up, I knew that this was significant relating to the technology of the coming mark. Then came the Universal Product Code (UPC), followed by the Point of Sale (POS) system. These are all related because they all to do with buying and selling. To put into perspective, what John was seeing was electronic crediting and debiting. Since 2015 people in Sweden have been given the opportunity to have a chip implanted under the skin of the hand for the purpose of access into the building and all of the business machines, as well as making purchases in the local café. Sweden and her sister countries are well ahead of the US in that they are pretty much a cashless society over there. I believe that this technology for the mark will continue to evolve into something more applicable leading up to the revealing of the emergence of the beast. Check out the following link, which shows someone making purchases with just the chip in his hand for a whole month as an experiment:

But we now follow the Gregorian Calendar. The Anno domini numbering system its era counting years in Roman numerals, was year I(1). It used no markers for a year zero. That means the year 1BC was followed by year 1 AD.

The next millennium would then arrive at January 1 3001 because the Anno domini calendar system did not reach zero at the transition between BC to AD.
This is correct but still there is confusion on this. For example the current millennium began January 1, 2001 yet many state that it actually began, along with the 21st century on January 1, 2000. This would be true if the current calendar started in the year zero but instead began in the year 1.

I am from Europe and we hardly use cash in here. Everything is paid for by credit or debit cards, just a while ago it was done by inserting the card into the machine and then entering your PIN on it. Now you don't even need to enter the PIN for small purchases below 50€. You can just swipe the chip part of the card to the machine and you're done.

I believe the man of sin will use this "easy, safe and secure" method for marketing the mark of the beast to the masses. I have been warning some unsaved family members of mine about it, but they laugh me off, I hope they are wise enough not to take it and know "OK, he wasnt joking" when it actually is time for it, unless they are saved before that time.

The Lord called me when I was 14 too and like yourself was immediately interested in end-time events. Your estimation of the financial set-up for common everyday financial transactions in regards to the end-times is right on target. I saw that video about the chip or a similar one several years ago. I believe that the mark of the beast will entail receiving a chip in the righthand or forehand in order to pledge your allegiance to the anti-Christ and to denounce Jesus Christ. Without the chip you will not be able to buy or sell. The technology has existed for years and right now the infrastructure is being put into place with the help of political influence.

No questions, you are 100% correct. I would only add, that from Adam until JESUS had passed around 4,000 years. Therefore 6,000 years has passed until the presente time, Actually we are in the beginning of the FIRST century of the seventh and last millennium, the seventh and last Day.

There is yet a little time to wake up. So, wake up, brothers.
So you are amillennial?

I will lift them up in prayer that God would unharden their hearts and instill the fear of God in them and drawn them to Jesus.

Did you ever show them Rev.14:9-11

=============================================
If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he too will drink the wine of God’s anger, poured undiluted into the cup of His wrath. And he will be tormented in fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment rises forever and ever. Day and night there is no rest for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name.”
=============================================

yeah, as I said, many view the electronic crediting and debiting as just being technology. But it is the technology that the mark of the beast will run on. Since the scripture says that the false prophet will cause all people to receive the mark and that without it no one will be able to buy or sell. Regarding this, my belief is that sometime during the middle of the seven years, all other methods of buying and selling will be made obsolete, leaving that mark/device as the only valid means of electronic buying and selling. Because the system is virtual buying and selling, without that mark a person will not be able to even have a bank account. All financial transactions will be done virtually.

People don't understand that the mark was not just going to pop up one day in the hand or forehead. But just as with other technology, the technology for mark would have to emerge and evolve, which is what has been happening. I also believe that the popularity of tattooing and body piercing is going to be a segue to the receiving of the mark. After all, if people are already willing to tattoo and pierce their bodies, then having your debit/credit card under your skin will be no great concern. In fact, I think that many will be eager to get theirs. It's kind of like the Trojan horse.

We also have the false teaching of the mark being figurative of observing the Sabbath on Sunday. Seventh Day Adventists (SDA) are a big believer in this. They believe that the mention of the hand figuratively represents taking action and the forehead figuratively represents thought, i.e. making a decision to observe the Sabbath on Sunday. Of course with that interpretation, they have to sweep the rest of the information of mark under the matt, such as "without it no one will be able to buy or sell."

You'd think that if keeping the Sabbath on Sunday was a major issue with God, that it would be mentioned in one of the seven letters to the churches. However, the word Sabbath does not even appear in the book of Revelation.

Praise God for His drawing you to these studies. I wish all believers would have a desire for end-time events, because as I am sure that you know, we are that last generation. Thankfully we will be removed before last seven years begins, the part with God's wrath in it. If anyone ever wanted proof of God's word, that would be a biggie! Unfortunately, The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see Christ nor the truth of His word. They won't be so arrogant once that door is shut. I'm sure that they will be excited to get their implant. Although, I believe that the RFID chip will evolve into something more applicable as time goes on. But what will remain consistent is that whatever the mark ends up being, it will be in the right hand or forehead. An RFID chip would be a big bump on sticking out on someone's forehead. They even have mini tattoo skin circuit boards now.

I would think we world look to the foundation in Genesis and not Revelation the outcome.

The mark is the mark of Cain. We walk by faith .Not chasing after a signs and wonders gospel . Jesus says it a evil generation, natural unconverted mankind that creates a sign that simply is not there.

Technology is never considered a intricate part of the gospel. We the buy truth of the gospel and not sell it as did Cain or Esau who had no pleasure in a God not seen.

Not a literal mark but the mark of a increased load that Cain said he could not bear. One that Christ alone did bear. By his stripes we are healed, We enter his rest .Cain had none.

And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand; When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear. Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him. Genesis 4: 11-15

Mark his word he made sure he suffered the pangs of hell, a living suffering all the days of his life with no sabbath rest .

No easy way out

Christ is the beginning and the end, how could He not know the end?!
God does not give exact times or numbers of people. We walk by faith the unseen eternal

The day and the hour year or century was not revealed to the Son of man, Jesus. Christ will come as a thief in the night. We can watch.

Jesus says, no one knows the day or hour of the second coming of Christ. There are many verses that speak to that.

The Book of Matthew chapter 24:36 "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
The Book of Matthew chapter 24:42 "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your LORD will come.
The Book of Matthew chapter 25:13 "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.
The Book of Mark chapter 13:32 "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

The word or day hour is simply means no one knows the time . No sign as a wonder (source of faith) is given . Its a evil generation that seeks after one. Sign of times like in the days of Noah (wrath of God being revealed from heaven ..

Sign as the time no. No dating or counting people .We walk by faith the unseen .

The millennium begins on the day of the second coming of our LORD Jesus Christ..

We are not yet in the millennium..

It began as the last days marked by the reformation.

Last days ending on the last day. The day of the Lord . day of Jesus ,the Lord day . or the latter day spoken of in in Job

Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

John 11:24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

Both death to the letter of the law is tossed into the lake of fire never to rise and condemn a whole creation and our confidence of being lifted up according to the promise of Philippians 1:6 all in the twinkling of the eye. No need for dispensations.. . time multipliers. God works the same in any time period A work of faith the unseen

John 12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Philipipian 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Looking back from the perspective of the Lord's day, the last day, the last trump

Revelation 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

Job 19:25 For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

Jesus knew the hour.
Yes, Jesus knew He was to die on the cross. It does not mean he knew precisely when because the Pharisee's and even the Roman official Pilate had not yet done their part so as to insure His death.

This is not the same as the second coming of Jesus that Jesus spoke about. In those teachings He said , no one knows the hour.
The Book of Matthew chapter 24:36 - But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.

I would say that the Day of the Lord and the Day of God are referring to different days. The day of the Lord includes Revelation but the day of God includes the total destruction of the earth as Peter describes and nobody survives that day because everyone will be gone. This video shows the Day of God from beginning to end

The day of the Lord, the hour of trial, the day of God, the day of Christ and that day, are all referring to the same time period, just by different monikers. Those designations cover the gathering of the church and everything that takes place within the time period of God's wrath, right up to when the Lord returns to the earth to end the age.

Since there is a millennial kingdom which takes place after the Lord returns to the earth to end the age, then the earth cannot be destroyed by fire at that time, because Jesus needs to rule on the earth according to prophecy. However, this current atmosphere and earth will pass away at the end of the millennial kingdom before or during the great white throne judgement as described in Rev.20:11 and 21:1
