Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep (5083) thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. This verse does not say "take you away, fly you away, lets go get married" by any stretch of the imagination. It is only a lack of faith in God that causes a person to believe the only way God can "keep" a person safe it through times of tribulation is to "remove" them from the hour of temptation.

that parable is a vivid,vivid,picture of the rapture.
fits perfectly.
the foolish stayed behind. They had oil but in their lamps only. The wise had extra oil iin other containers.
