... I deny your erroneous dogma concerning "the sanctifying and perfecting death of Christ".

... and until you respond to Post 3718 (which is a reply to your Post 3716), Post 3718 stands unrefuted and Post 3716 has been refuted.

So, instead of falling back to your tired accusation, please provide Scripture which indicates Post 3718 is in error.

To be cleansed from the guilt of sins by expiating death of Christ as per Heb 1:3, means Justification before God. That also means to be declared righteous before God, even though we be in unbelief and rebellion against God.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the atonement for the sin of all mankind.

From Matthew Henry Commentary:

By himself he purged away our sins, that is, by the proper innate merit of his death and bloodshed, by their infinite intrinsic value; as they were the sufferings of himself, he has made atonement for sin. Himself, the glory of his person and nature, gave to his sufferings such merit as was a sufficient reparation of honour to God, who had suffered an infinite injury and affront by the sins of men.

If a person is "in unbelief and rebellion against God", he or she is not "declared righteous before God" because he or she is at enmity with God.

At one point, all born again believers lived their lives as described in Ephesians 2:

Ephesians 2:2-3 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

The lifestyle described in Eph 2:2-3 was in time past ... iow before we first trusted in Christ ... as described in Ephesians 1:

Ephesians 1:13 In whom [the Lord Jesus Christ] ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise

We trusted after we heard the word of truth. We then believed the gospel of salvation. After we believed, we were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise.

We were not "declared righteous before God" while we were living as described in Eph 2:2-3.

2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Scripture tells us when a man or woman is justified (i.e. when God imputes righteousness):

Romans 4:

20 He [Abraham] staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

21 And being fully persuaded that, what he [God] had promised, he [God] was able also to perform.

22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

The one-time offering of the Lord Jesus Christ is sufficient for the remission of all the sins of all mankind. There is no other offering for the remission of sin.
.
According to these scriptures how were these believers sanctified once and for all and perfected once and for all Heb 10:10,14

10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified

BTW the comers in Heb 10:1 are the ones given to Christ by the Father, Jn 6:37

37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Otherwise a man cannot come to Christ Jn 6:44

No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

Having ones sins purged constitutes their salvation, God being the God of their salvation Ps 79:9
Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name's sake. 20

Those who Christ died for
Scripture tells us (more than once) that the offering of the Lord Jesus Christ is sufficient to take away the sin of the world ...

John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

so they are Justified
Scripture tells us when a man or woman is justified (i.e. when God imputes righteousness):

Romans 4:

20 He [Abraham] staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

21 And being fully persuaded that, what he [God] had promised, he [God] was able also to perform.

22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it [righteousness] was imputed to him;

24 But for us also, to whom it [righteousness] shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;

25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ

Is that everyone in the world ?
The sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ is sufficient to cleanse all sin of all mankind.

Some suppress the truth in unrighteousness and reap the consequence of their rejection of the sacrifice of Lord Jesus Christ for them:

Romans 1:

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse

vs 18 - the words "who hold" are translated from the Greek word katechó which means to suppress, to restrain.

vs 19 - God has revealed that which may be known of God

vs 20 - because they suppress the truth in unrighteousness even though God has revealed Himself to them they are without excuse.

... at that point ... there is no other offering for sin which is acceptable ... and those who reject the Lord Jesus Christ will suffer the consequence of their rejection of that which has so freely been provided to them.
