Christ death Justified unto life all for whom He died !
"all for whom He died !"

John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

From Thayer's Greek Lexicon:

5. the inhabitants of the world ... particularly the inhabitants of the earth, men, the human race ... John 1:29 ... John 3:16f ... 2 Corinthians 5:19 ... 1 John 2:2

Justification before God through Jesus Christ consists in these two vital truths #1 The Imputation of Christ Righteousness Rom 4:6

6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,

And #2 The Non Imputation of sin 2 Cor 5:19

19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

Rom 4:8

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. 25

The free gift of Justification !

Rom 5:16

16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.

The free gift here isn't a offering of Justification, no more than condemnation was an offering. The free gift here is unto Justification, not only from the sin of adam, but all subsequent sins, actual sins of the elect of God. This free gift of justification isn't for all men without exception since many are under condemnation and wrath for their sins. 26

Justification before God through Jesus Christ consists in these two vital truths
Here are "two vital truths" you ignore when it comes to salvation:

Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

1) confess with your mouth that the Lord Jesus Christ is Lord in your life

2) believe in your heart that God has raised the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead

thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

In Rom 10:9, the word "confess" is translated from the Greek word homologeó which means to say the same thing.

When a person hears the Word of God, he or she can then "confess" (say the same thing as what God's Word says) and believe in his or her heart that the Lord Jesus Christ was raised from the dead.

at that point, the "two vital truths" revealed in Romans 4:6 and 2 Corinthians 5:19 become reality for the born again ones.

This free gift of justification isn't for all men
Romans 5:18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men [Greek pantas anthrōpous] to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men [Greek pantas anthrōpous] unto justification of life.

the fact that "all men" do not attain unto justification of life is due to some having rejected the free gift.

God Justifies the ungodly !

Rom 4:5

5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Now even though these are justified while being in a state of ungodliness, that's not why they are Justified, they are justified because they before Gods law and justice are accounted righteous, on the sole basis of the satisfaction Christ provided for them by His Blood shed. 26

 ... nope ... read the verse again. The verbs are all present tense:

Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth [verb, present tense] on him that justifieth [verb, present tense] the ungodly, his faith is counted [verb, present tense] for righteousness.

... which means that God imputes righteousness at the time a person believes ... and at that moment, the believer is no longer ungodly.

what Romans 4:5 is telling us is that faith is not works and for the person who believes on Him Who justifies ... his or her faith is counted for righteousness.

your futile attempt to align Scripture to your dogma has again failed.

"but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly

This truth carnal reason cant comprehend and wont accept, which is the elect here are being justified before God even while being in a ungodly state or as unbelievers at enmity with God. See they wouldnt be ungodly if they were believers already. Note further that the object of their Faith is He that Justifies the ungodly. Rom 4:5

But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

I believe scripture teaches us that the elect of God were justified before God before faith because of the surety-ship doings and righteousness of Jesus Christ their Head, and if this be true, it would be also true that they were justified before God before they actually had a physical being, even before the world began because of His surety-ship engagement to come into the world and die for the elect.

A Psalm of David. A Contemplation. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man to whom the LORD does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no deceit. When I kept silent, my bones grew old Through my groaning all the day long. For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality was turned into the drought of summer. Selah I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the LORD," And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah

Let’s now read the entirety of Davi’s prayer of repentance.

To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David when Nathan the prophet went to him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba. Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions, And my sin is always before me. Against You, You only, have I sinned, And done this evil in Your sight—That You may be found just when You speak, And blameless when You judge. Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me. Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me hear joy and gladness, That the bones You have broken may rejoice. Hide Your face from my sins, And blot out all my iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, And sinners shall be converted to You. Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God, The God of my salvation, And my tongue shall sing aloud of Your righteousness. O Lord, open my lips, And my mouth shall show forth Your praise. For You do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it; You do not delight in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart—These, O God, You will not despise. Do good in Your good pleasure to Zion; Build the walls of Jerusalem. Then You shall be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, With burnt offering and whole burnt offering; Then they shall offer bulls on Your altar.

Both Repentance and Forgiveness are Gifts that comes from Christ and are given to them He died for Acts 5:31

In agreement that the Object of faith justifies the born again one ... now that you finally understand that truth, please note what is counted for righteousness.

Rom 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

are we going to have to go another 209 plus pages before you acknowledge that truth???

Romans 4:3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

it would be also true that they were justified before God before they actually had a physical being, even before the world began
 ... nope ... God's Word tells us when a person is justified:

Romans 4:

20 He [Abraham] staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;

21 And being fully persuaded that, what he [God] had promised, he [God] was able also to perform.

22 And therefore it was imputed to him [Abraham] for righteousness.

23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it [righteousness] was imputed to him;

24 But for us also, to whom it [righteousness] shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;

25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ

The words "for to give" are translated from the Greek word didōmi ...

From Thayer's Greek Lexicon (bold mine):

6. δίδωμι is joined with nouns denoting an act or an effect; and
...
b. the noun denotes something to be done by him to whom it is said to be given: διδόναι τινὶ μετάνοιαν, to cause him to repent, Acts 5:31 ...
