can u give me a commentary by someone who u would agreee with?
Sadly, I do not use any commentary, I have some materials about Revelation (both by dispensationalist E.Sauer and by reformed guys), but its in Czech, so...

I am afraid you will need to google... Maybe Matthew-Henry commentary? Somebody natively English speaker could help. Try to ask valiant.

Try to look there:

Revelation 20:2 Commentaries: And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years;

He will return as he did when he left as the angel said.

However, He will personally kill the wicked, the only ones to be left alive will those who endur4ed to the end. And they will enter the kingdom age with Christ.
Dispensationalism the root of so much evil again.

Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
Mat 24:26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
Mat 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Luk 21:26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
Luk 21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
Mar_13:26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

The glory of God at mount Sinai was so great Moses had to cover His face from the people, and Moses didn't even see the full glory. Don't say God in all His glory will be a small thing that the wicked can endure. Jesus doesn't touch the Ground, "shall be caught up together with them in the clouds,".

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1Th 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Show me when, before the 1000 years, Jesus will touch the Earth?
And remember that many of the prophesies about Israel came to nothing when they rejected Jesus, and many will be fulfilled in the new Earth.

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
They failed
God turned to the gentiles and anyone that would except the truth.

Literal Israel failed, Spiritual Israel is what maters. Being part of the root (Israel) by faith is open to anyone through Christ.

Rom 9:30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
Rom 9:31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.
Rom 9:32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;
Rom 9:33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Rom 11:15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?
Rom 11:16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
Rom 11:17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;
Rom 11:18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.
Rom 11:19 Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in.
Rom 11:20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
Rom 11:21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

The Gentiles become part of the tree, By faith Gentile become an Israelite in Gods eyes.
no one said he would touch the earth BEFORE the 1000 year. He touches it at the begining

What jesus said in matt makes no sense (he who endures till the end will be saved) unless they will actually be saved and enter the kingdom with Jesus himself.

You have been shown a few OT prophesies, can you respond to them?

stop confusing covered with removed. I never said it removed or took away I said it covered.

The word atoned in the Hebrew means covered, not taken away and not removed. We agree bro, I think our terms are confused.

I would not even want to use covered in that way. (Personal preference) passed over is the term I think paul uses.

But I think I see what your saying. Its all good.

I believe that Satan is currently reigning on Earth and not Jesus.
i agree, i believe Christ can stop Satan any time but He is allowing Satan to have his reign now. But the real battle is for each heart and that is up to us, we can choose who rules our heart.

whats so evil about it?

Again, The angel said Jesus will return as he departed. He will come as king, If he came in ALL his glory, No one would survive, they would die instantly.

I believe that Satan is currently reigning on Earth and not Jesus.
Satan is not reigning, for if he did then everybody would do his will, but he does influence some people.

Jesus is not reigning, for if He did then everybody would do His will, but He does influence some people.Jesus said all power is given to Him in heaven, and earth,so He is reigning, but it is not by force,so there is rebellion.

We have a choice between good and evil,so Satan is not reigning, and Jesus is not reigning,on earth, but they both influence people, even people that do not follow the devil, and do not follow Jesus, for they choose between good and evil.

But Jesus is reigning when it comes to the Spiritual realm, but God always reigns there.

Satan is on a leash, and the 6 trumpets are warnings to the world to turn to God,but after the 6th trumpet the world does not repent of their sins, and does not turn to God,but keeps trying to achieve peace on earth with no assistance from a higher power,so God gives them the man of sin to rule over them who gets his power from Satan.

Satan is now off the leash concerning the wicked, and rules for three and one half years by the man of sin,and he will deceive all people that do not love God to follow the beast kingdom, and then repentance, and salvation,is no longer available to the world, and God will put them down.

And then Jesus will reign on earth, and it will be only His way,and in that day the LORD shall be King over all the earth, and there shall be one LORD,and His name one,and the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD,as the waters cover the sea.

Its not inconvenient at all.

You just need to read the New Testament without "everything is about physical Israel" glasses:

"He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.”
Luke 1:30-33

His kingdom is without end, not for literal 1000 years. And that He already rules, you can find in many NT verses, you just need to look for them.
What? King David's throne is in Heaven!?

King David himself said his Lord was going to sit at His Father's side until His enemies are made His footstool.

How can you mistake an Earthly Political throne with a heavenly throne? When did David sit on a throne in Heaven, and when did Jesus sit on an Earthly throne?

Are you really willing symbolize even Gabriel's prophecy? wow.

Further, God's Will is to be done ON EARTH as well as in Heaven. Ya know, it's what we pray in the Lord's prayer.

I am not sure where you can see the word "heaven".

No, its not a symbol. Its higher reality. Spiritual is MORE real than physical. Physical is a shadow of spiritual.

You mix words "symbolic" and "spiritual", but they are totally different. God is spiritual, but God is not symbolic.

Didn't answer the question. When did David reign on his throne in Heaven, and when did Jesus reign on David's throne on Earth.

You DO realize David ruled in Jerusalem, ON EARTH don't you? Why are you "spiritualizing" Gabriel's prophecy? Why can't you just have faith to believe what it says?

All the OT is spiritual. It was a physical shadow of spiritual reality in Christ. Christ is not a continuation of David. Christ is the fulfillment of David's physical shadow.

Whoa!! Alrighty then. Not much more to say when you regard the whole Bible as a metaphor. May God bless you.

How can you arrive to such wrong conclusions?

Metaphor is not what I said. I said "spiritual". Yes, whole Bible is spiritual. If you do not think so, you are quite in a conflict with the apostles.

But chapter 20 of Revelation summarises the long period of time ('a thousand years') from when Jesus bound Satan and began His reign in glory with His saints ruling OVER the world. Anything beyond that to a different Gospel is a retrograde step.
Whaat you been smoking?lol

Who came up with this absurd notion? It is only God's throne and Christ's throne which are in Heaven. And David will rule from his throne in the Millennium, as king and prince under Christ.

And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them. And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever. (Ezek 37:24,25).

But I have chosen Jerusalem, that my name might be there;
and have chosen David to be over my people Israel. 2 Chronicles 6:6

As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured:
so will I multiply the seed of [David my servant], and [the Levites] that minister unto me.

20Thus saith the Lord; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant
of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season;.....

Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any
of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their
captivity to return, and have mercy on them. Jeremiah 33:20-26

And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd:
they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them. Ezekiel 37:24

Hosea 3:5 Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the Lord their God,
and David their king; and shall fear the Lord and his goodness [in the latter days].

And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your
fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their
children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever.

God was there King, and law giver, but they wanted a man.

“Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee:
for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me,
that I should not reign over them.

Howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew them the manner of
the king that shall reign over them” (1 Samuel 8:7-9).

-up to this point they had only disobeyed God, now they reject him as there king.

Saul was their first human king. He refused obedience to
God and was finally rejected. (2 Samuel 2)

He was slain in battle. His sole surviving son, Ishbosheth, was slain after a reign
of only two years (2 Samuel 2:10). However, Ishbosheth never reigned over Judah.

With this short reign over part of Israel, Saul’s dynasty ceased.
That is how God rejected him. His dynasty was cut off!

-
David succeeded Saul. David sat on the Eternal’s throne.

1 Chronicles 29:23
Then Solomon sat on the throne of the Lord as king instead of David his father,

2 Chronicles 9:8)
Blessed be the Lord thy God, which delighted in thee to set thee on his throne,
to be king for the Lord thy God:

because thy God loved Israel, to establish them for ever,
therefore made he thee king over them, to do judgment and justice.
-

Jesus is both the “root” and the “offspring” of David (Revelation 22:16).
Since He was the “root,” the throne was His before David was born.
David merely sat upon the Eternal’s throne.

Secondly, since Jesus was David’s lawful fleshly Son, this same throne shall
once more become His right by inheritance, continuing David’s dynasty.

5 Ought ye not to know that the Lord God of Israel gave the kingdom over
Israel to David for ever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?

-

The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet,
until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

11Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine;
he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes:

-that was his first trip

12His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.

-this is when Christ return to take over the Kingdom.
