This is a circular reasoning.
I stated my observations, not a conclusion. So no, it's not circular reasoning. It's circular reasoning to say Paul wrote it because It's in a letter that Paul wrote.

..."but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me."

R 7:23
OK, let me qualify my initial observation - where the law is used alone without a modifying phrase like of my mind.

I think that its a circular reasoning to say "Paul must mean the Law of Moses because Paul always means the law of Moses".

Ok, anyway, Gen 3:16 is the Law, also submission of women can be seen in the law, like Sarah and Abraham.

But that's not what I said. The fact that Paul doesn't use the law (alone) to refer to anything other than the law of Moses in any other writing is evidence. You can't use verse 34 as evidence because that is the matter under investigation.

Too bad we don't have an example of Paul referring to the torah as the law. Don't say verse 34 is because that would be circular reasoning.
You do not need an example of Paul to know what was considered law in those times. And also today.

Torah means law.

HI,

In my opinion, the bible says clearly that woman can't teach in the congregation. Why almost all of the denominations allow the woman to teach? And I think it's not the problem in the denominations only but in the home meetings as well.

King James version:

1. Tim. 2:12
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

1. Kor. 14:34
Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.

1. Kor. 14:35
And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

Ps. I don't belong to any denomination as the bible clearly says that there is only one congregation in every city. There were no names for congregations with early Christians.
It explain it all in Cor: 11: 1 - 16, The head of the man is Christ, and the head of the woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. So if there is anything in between man and Christ, his head is covered blocking the spiritual learning from the holy spirit. And a woman who prays or prophesies without her husbands covering, it is as if she has no protection against the devils fiery darts. Eve was the one who was deceived, because she is the weaker vessel the devil deceived her. The times now are no different. The devil and his demons are still out to deceive women who are not covered. That's just the order. Woman was made for man. And no way does that mean that the man can mistreat the woman. He must love his wife as God love his ecclesia. Remember when aaron and Miriam both went against moses. Miriam came down with leprosy, but aaron didn't. Numbers 20: 28 when moses removed Aarons garment, Aaron died. The garment was a covering, and he died when it was taken away. The old testament is a shadow of the new.

Frankly I think it's really sad how so many Christians will take Churchianity doctrines over what the Word says...I think it's really tragic how so many Christians will take a single verse or two single verses....Take them way out of context and build an entire doctrine on them, then condemn or at least castigate others who know what the bible says on the subject. So sad..
Churchianity, by the way, is simply what I call unbiblical doctrines taught by Christian churches...like this one of women not teaching.

Women may teach other women, but if they teach men without a covering they will have a lot of attacks of the devil. That's just the way it is, Genesis 3: 16 To the woman God said , I will make your pains in childbearing very severe; with painful labor you will give birth to children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you. That's why the devil chose eve to deceive, because she is the weaker vessel. Weather any of us like it or not. It is what it is.

Your reasoning is circular, and your conclusion is incorrect.

According to your reasoning, how is it possible for the enemy to attack Christian men? How is it possible for the enemy to attack Christian women who are not teaching men?

It tells about women having a covering in Cor: 11: 1 - 16. Where does it say that it's alright for a woman to teach without a covering in the Bible.
