They did ;) But only cuz HDL fell flat on their promise to deliver :p
I wonder what happened to all the undelivered chicken... And how DHL could make such a huge mistake. They are the largest delivery service in the world, even bigger than UPS and Fedex.

When DHL won the contract for delivery to KFC stores, they bragged they would "re-write the rule book...for delivering fresh products."

Apparently they re-wrote the rule book to make all their deliveries IMAGINARY.

:)

I've been to KFC when they were out of original recipe, but they always offered to give me extra crispy or grilled instead..
Grilled chicken........might as well stay home and make that yourself.

Going out to eat should be something special.

American takeaway food, (or is it plastic?) there is far too much of it now. We can certainly do with less of it. Nothing beats a good British fish and chip shop.

Who here remembers Hardees fried chicken. Way better than KFC. Their biscuits are better too.

DHL won the contract to deliver my prescriptions from my mail order pharmacy. It takes them a week to deliver the prescriptions. The Good ole snail mail USPS always delivered them in two days. When the USPS is faster than other services, that service has problems.

Mama's fried chicken is the best in the world, and I have exclusive same day service to it.

When we traveled a lot, KFC was a regular stopping place. The old sixteen piece bucket for $5.00 couldn't be beat. They didn't have any of their new dishes. It was original receipt, biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy. It was a great way to quiet the kids.

And I always get a pickled onion (big one) and a pickled egg.

This only happens about twice a year, when I'm on holiday.

But yum yum

We had Mary Brown's Chicken in my home town, and I worked there, too, while I was going to college :D Their tag line was, "Mary Brown has the best legs in town." LOL! @ KFC, the chicken was delivered already cut up, ready for breading and frying, but at Mary Brown's, we were trained how to use a circular saw, and we cut up the birds ourselves :p
