This ruling is about to be handed down.

I was just wondering if during the questioning session did any of the Judges ask the proponents of same sex marriage, "When, where and how did marriage come to be?"
I don't see any of the proponents pointing to Scripture, but where are they going to point?

I dont believe in bugging gays just because they are gays. On the other hand, being an Army General means that you have to gain some true respect from your men. For some reason I dont fully believe that a gay commanding officer gets that on the battle field. I have seen how young men are responding to gays, and I dont believe this to be different in the Army, quite the contrary, I'd say. I could be wrong, though.

“We strongly encourage all Southern Baptist pastors, leaders, educators and churches to openly reject any mandated legal definition of marriage and to use their influence to affirm God’s design for life and relationships,” the statement declared.
While affirming their love for all people – regardless of sexual orientation, the former Southern Baptist presidents said the “cannot and will not affirm the moral acceptability of homosexual behavior or any behavior that deviates from God’s design for marriage.”

I have heard these so-called Christian leaders claim to make stands before....Mormonism is a cult....then its not! These guys will sell-out it at the first chance, is my guess...hope im wrong?
