How can a totally separate issue become the point? If 75% of those who heard the SOTU presentation gave the President high marks, carping about unrelated issues indicates a refusal to give credit where credit is due. Just as we saw the Democrats disrespecting everything and everyone, and the Black Caucus refusing to give Trump a standing ovation for what he has accomplished for blacks. The poison of hatred blinds people to the truth.

some people think that others should solve are their problems
they cannot receive the good because they have tunnel vision and or are myopic
in which case, will not matter what anyone says or what actually happens
a narrow and obsessively personal field of vision obscures the balance and thought process necessary to achieve any kind of objective reasoning
and as pompous as that last sentence sounds, I pretty much think it's true

I have to disagree. Did the right have a resist Obama movement? Did the right have a deep state in LE insubordinate to Obama, as the left has; proven the other day by the memo release.
Also despite there being a clear delineation in left and right media the right newspapers have been infinitely more even handed in their treatment to Obama then the left has been to Trump.

or do you possibly mean the Iran deal?
or maybe the lack of Christians being allowed into the US while Muslims were cultivated and allowed in with impunity...?
or maybe you mean all the LACK of legislaton enacted by mr community organizer? he did have a pen and phone after all
or how about the Chrysler bailout in which he violated the constitution's Takings and Due Process clauses by forcing the secured creditors to take 30 cents on the dollar? of course you would see these people as fat cats...but still...they were LEGAL fat cats whether or not you like it
or how about the political profiling done at the IRS?
or how about Obamas 'recess appointments'? FYI, in 2014, the Supreme Court ruled this activity was illegal
And DACA and DAPA? these are actually illegal and in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act, immigration law AND the Constitutions 'Take Care' clause
and how about trying to regulate the internet? he infringed on the First Amendment rights of internet providers
and on and on and on and on and on
and of course let's remember the FISA warrant fiasco...
I understand you may actually approve of the some of the above...which barely scratches the surface of the illegality of Obama's presidency but there are laws to uphold the behavior of everyone in the country from the top down
Trump at least attempts to build bridges and gives
speeches that invite inclusion of all U.S. Americans.
I watched his speech down here in Oz and I was impressed
at the conciliatory tone, and in his reaching out to the
sour-faced Democrats on bi-partisanship.
On a side note: wasn't Nancy Pelosi's face worth a
thousand dollars. Does she have false teeth?
Or was that a gobstopper she was playing with?
