Yep, and the teacher brought it home in how in our thought life the adversary will jump right in with a doubting thought, or an accusatory thought, a thought to attempt to take away His truth.
Seems to go beyond just the preaching of salvation to our very thought lives.
I have enjoyed Dr. Caroline Leaf and her work in neural plasticity, she has taught how, "most people don't think about what they think about", and how important it is to guide our thought life.
Here she is, I hope you are blessed by it-

Thank you kindly
No need to trust in Caroline Leaf's human self in (Brain Power)

26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

He is a liar, a serial adulterer, a possible rapist, a crook, and so much more.
This sounds like the description of who God called “a man after His Own Heart”. King David.

But he cannot do so in the last year just prior to an election and this decision was made by Republicans.
This belies ignorance. He ABSOLUTELY has a right and duty to appoint a justice. Just listen to your Democrat buddies:

Trump is the antithesis of all that Jesus taught?

Joe Biden is pro kill the innocent unborn (Abortion) President Trump is pro life, he is pro religious beliefs, he has signed executive orders on both.

How could a person vote for somebody who will kill the unborn (Abortion), inhumane, without a conscious, no moral direction, reprobate concerning God's heart.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I HAVE SAID I AM NOT VOTING THIS TIME OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I HAVE NO TRUST IN EITHER CANDIDATE. I VOTE MY CONSCIENCE. AS I HAVE SAID IN THE PAST, NO REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT HAS EVER OVERTURNED ROE VS WADE

Quoting the article, written by an Evangelical:

"A 1973 Supreme Court decision, Roe v. Wade, legalized abortion by a 7-2 vote. Six of the seven justices in the majority were Republican appointees. The only Democrat appointee, Byron White, voted against Roe v. Wade."

So: Being a Democrat does not necessarily mean one is pro abortion any more than being a Republican means you are anti abortion.

interesting, but that was then, and they were them, today there is a greater tendency for a conservative person who doesn't support baby murder to be republican, the democratic party has removed acknowledgement of God from their party, openly supported nearly everything that would destroy the righteous foundation of our God given nation.
If we are Christian we should take everything to the Lord for His direction on how we should act, every thought, word and deed, He is the one we will stand before on that day when our heart beats for the last time.
That includes our vote, and men have the responsibility to be the head of the marriage.

That sounds very religious, in my opinion (Good) and biblically sound (y)

As a Christian I openly oppose (Homosexuality) and killing the unborn (Abortion) do you?

Ann more than a coincidence, I just finished 10 minutes ago visiting Roe v Wade on Wiki before getting on forums?

Your 100% correct, out of the 7 justices that supported abortion, 6 were republican appointed.

Just for your info, no further judicial mistakes, as President Trump list is provided and vetted by the (Federalist Society) a conservative, Pro-Constitution, Pro-Life Org, those recommended are high on the list concerning conservative values.

I don't believe under President Trump's three nominees, you will see a disappointment when the vote for reversing Roe V. Wade comes up.

Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and I believe future (Amy Barrett) all have a very strong Pro-Life background, I see Roe V Wade being reversed, and the definition of human life will be interpreted as at conception.

Sad to hear you didn't vote for a child's right to life, (President Donald J. Trump)

His Supreme Court Pick, Will See Roe V. Wade Reversed.
I pray that this is what actually happens as a result of Trump appointing 3 Supreme Court justices.

3? I have heard from prophetic speakers I have come to trust he will appoint 2, one of which will be a woman, not to limit God of course, 3 would be even better.

I believe Amy Barrett will be President Trump's pick this Fri/Sat

Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett are Pro-Life and have a historical record of such, Roe V. Wade is on the exit soon.

I see President Trump's Nominee on a fast track to confirmation, sworn in before the Nov 3rd election.

History:

Justice John P. Stevens, 20 days
Justice Sandra Day OcConnor, 33 days

As shown above, President Trump will nominate (Fri/Sat) his pick I believe will be Amy Barrett, she will be confirmed and sworn in before the Nov 3rd election.

Mitch Mcconnell Senate Leader and Lindsey Graham Senate Judiciary Committee Leader have stated they have the votes needed to confirm the Nomination.

In 73 we did not have the science that we do now. We know medical facts we did not know then. Then they thought a "fetus" was a blob of tissue, now we know differently. Then they thought a "fetus" was part of a womans body and therefore her body her choice, we now differently now. We have facts we didn't have in 73. When Roe was passed the mantra was "safe and rare". Abortion was in the cases of rape/incest/medical with is 4% of abortions. 60 million, million I said, abortions later we have now made abortion a form of birth control. That was never intended when it was passed. To say voting Dem is not pro- abortion is an utter lie. Dems believe in abortion at any time in the pregnancy for any reason. My body my choice is their chant and that is why they are hysterical over the Supreme Court nominee. The Gov. of Virginia, who has never been heard from again BTW, even has gone so far as to let slip the next step, infanticide. Make the baby "comfortable" until we discuss whether mommy wants to keep it or not. No, the Dems are 100% for abortion with no restrictions. That is their platform. What they don't seem to realize is that over 60% of voters are for restrictions and not for abortion after a few wks. Voting for Dem makes you pro-abortion, yes it does, totally.

I've shared this before. When I met my husband he was a Dem. a big supporter of Bill Clinton. One day he asked me if I would go and see a Michael Moore movie with him. Now I would never spend a dime to see his movies but I agreed. I sat through the movie and when we got back in the car he made a fatal mistake, he said "well what did you think?" I said " do you want me to be nice, or do you want my honest opinion?" He said "your honest opinion" (second mistake) And so for the half hour drive home I let him know my opinion. He was shocked at first, I was pretty sure this was going to be our last date, so I let him have it. Poor guy, he came back for more punishment. Today he's a strong conservative voter. He said he didn't know much of what I was telling him and he was blinded by liberal news media. He can't believe he ever voted Dem. So you never know, sometimes a woman can change a mans mind for the better ;)

Birth control is often an abortifacient.

Somehow it gets a pass though.

While I'm against abortion except for extreme situations, I don't think reversing Roe v Wade is going to be effective in reducing abortions/deaths. The Prohibition didn't work; there was a lot of underground activity and an increase in crime. Gun control doesn't work in this country. Similarly, there is going to be a lot of underground activity with abortions. A lot doctors will continue to perform abortions, will they go to prison? Or, the women may end up going to Canada or Europe. A lot of women will probably die from illegal abortions, especially poor women who cannot afford to go to Canada or Europe.

The government cannot condone the murder of babies. Whenever there is a law there can be a breaking of the law.
