It is the sacred principles enshrined in the United Nations charter to which the American people will henceforth pledge their allegiance.

President Bush addressing the General Assembly of the U.N., February 1, 1992

But that was back in 92.
We have DEMOCRATS in office now!

UNDERSTANDING THE HEGELIAN DIALECTIC
AND ITS GENESIS: A NEW WORLD ORDER
THE COMMUNITARIAN THIRD WAY

A. A Constitutional Republic – The United States of America – Government of the People – American's Individual Freedom (1775 – ) power inherent in the people. United States of America: Individual Rights of the Common Born Man. (national law) – Locke, Paine, List and Bastiat

B. A communist government – The former Soviet Union – Government of the State – Marx's Theory of World Communism (1847- ) power inherent in the state. Communism: "The Common Good of the Party", sacrificing individuals. Frederick Engels revised Hegel's theory to suit his needs, and then passed them on to Karl Marx, who rewrote them with "proper revolutionary flair". The Communist Manifesto was published in 1848.

C. The coming New World Order / Global Governance / The Third Way / Communitarianism / Corporatism - Government of the Community – The Communitarian Third Way (2002 – ) power inherent in the global community. The Third Way: elitist social justice enacted by sacrificing individual rights. Includes: faith-based initiatives, community governments, community policing, limiting individual's privacy, and the total elimination of individual's right to bear arms. It will institute communitarian laws (by way of facilitators and agents of change), launching state interventions in private matters; easing the way for confiscation and redistribution of individual wealth in the United States of America.

The Third Way / NWO / Global Governance / Communitarianism / Corporatism is being brought to fruition by means of George W.F. Hegel, the nineteenth century German philosopher. Hegel turned the concept of Socratic reasoning (the Socratic method) upside down by equalizing Thesis and Antithesis; making all intellectual positions relative by means of the Hegelian Dialectic and through the abolition of absolute truth. Instead, “truth” is now found in Synthesis – a compromise of Thesis and Antithesis, and is no longer the starting point in the cognitive reasoning process.

Hegelian Dialectic - George W F Hegel's " 3rd Way " | Morning Liberty Radio Program

Look how easy it was for them.

This is funny only because youre also the guy that posts ridiculous conspiracy theories. So why should we believe any of this tripe? Where did you get it from?Alex Jones?
The thing I found most amusing was the combination of communiatrianism with corporatism. He obviously has no clue what either of those things are, because they are at direct odds with each other. I know a lot of people in the "communitarian" movement -- most of the devout Christians of various denominations.

It's like, take everything you don't like, fear, or don't understand, mash it all together into one big ball, and label it "Satan" so you can feel holier than thou and justified in your hate.

The more he posts, the more he shows that as evil as Obama is, Obama is closer to Jesus than he is.

Yes, just like you know "a lot of devout Christians who deny the Resurrection".

Simple for Diva: (who still thinks all this stuff "is at direct odds with each other")

It's the Corporate State, Stupid

"Fascism should more properly be called corporatism because it is the merger of state and corporate power." - Benito Mussolini.

It's the Corporate State, Stupid

See that Diva?
Ever heard of the christ-like man Mussolini?

Don't believe that's a real quote?

try Google : Mussonlini + Corporatism + Fascism

But you find it so amusing you can't be bothered to make sure you're not WRONG.

Under this system, the tiny few who now hold all the wealth and power will take away everything else from everybody, and we will be SLAVES.
Any who resist will be killed.

Read the Bible Diva.

"Lind sees the Third Way as the latest stage of a revolt against traditional Western culture. He defines it as 'Marxism translated from economic into cultural terms, largely by crossing it with Freud.' "Whereas Marx pitted economic classes against each other, 'cultural Marxism' uses sexual and cultural classes - women, homosexuals, non-Europeans - to overthrow the social order."

Oh. That doesn't ring a bell AT ALL.
(I couldn't care less about the 'non-Europeans' part: I'm not one....the moving of refugess and immigrants has ALWAYS been a war strategy - that's the POINT).
CULTURE AND CLASS WARS.

"When the business interests pushed through the first installment of civil service reform in 1883, they expected that they would be able to control both political parties equally..."

..."Indeed, some of them intended to contribute to both and to allow an alternation of the two parties in public office in order to conceal their own influence, inhibit any exhibition of independence of politicians, and allow the electorate to believe that they were exercising their own free choice."

Professor Carroll Quigley
Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time

-

Bill Clinton speaks of Carroll Quigley at 1992 Democratic National Convention

Bill Clinton speaks of Carroll Quigley at 1992 Democratic National Convention - YouTube

From Quigley's Tragedy and Hope (1966)

The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to the doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can "throw the rascals out" at any election without leading to any profound or extreme shifts in policy. [Pg. 1247-1248.]

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole.

This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences.

The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations.

Each central bank sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians." [pg. 324]

Option B is that he's simply one of those guys who likes making stuff up and getting reactions out of people/see how they buy it wrapped in a way that makes them look sincere.

I used to do that. I then matured and realized I had better ways to spend my time than go on web forums to get reactions out of people...often anyway.

Make stuff up?
I made up the conquering-through-brainwashing hegelian dialectic we've been herded by for 100 years?
I made up Communitarianism?

OK. Forget it.
Don't forget to wave the flag as you drop that paper into the box (now as you push a button making you think you have selected someone when DIEBOLD has been proven to have their boxes preloaded), thereby - legally; morally and ethically giving your consent for another yet nation to be turned to rubble, and our nation to be fully degraded and delivered into the worst Depression ever visited on us; and for the UN to become our overlord on earth.

Those 3 things are the only ones on the agenda in our single party system.

Remember, you will have given your consent.
I'm off this thread.

Thanks! Q is one of my favorites. My choice for a profile pic was between him and Data.

I don't care what they say. A new Trek series inevitable. The demand is too high and sustained.

On that topic, we just had our Vacation Bible School a few weeks ago. We did Group Publishing's "Hometown Nazareth: Where Jesus was a Kid." It was fun, kinda like a renaissance faire, only 1500 years earlier. Kids got to visit shops that may have been shops in Nazareth like 2,000 years ago, run by people who knew Jesus when he was a boy. Each shop-keeper had a different story to tell. Some of them (like Mary, of course), were believers and followers in "The Way" (what Christianity was called back then), some were not -- like the Rabbi, who was one of the old-school Pharisees, and most were just curious; it was a great opportunity for the kids to talk to the grown-ups about their faith.

Anyway, the reason I bring it up, is because, well, y'all might not know this, but Leonard Nimoy, the actor who played Spock, is Jewish. The hand sign for "live long and prosper" is actually a Hebrew symbol for "Shalom" (the hand shape looks a little like a "Shin," the first letter in the word) which Nimoy added to his character himself. So, this year, when we needed the kids to be quiet, the leaders put up our "Spock hands," for "Shhhhhhhhhhhalommmmmmm" and all the kids would do so (some of the younger ones had trouble with the fine motor skills) and be quiet. It was so cool.

Most of the kids didn't recognize it, but the parents and leaders had a BLAST.

Obama was born a muslim - that is conferred through the father's line. Once born a muslim, muslims consider you to be a muslim, in their eyes you cannot renounce it. Christians of course see it differently.

Obama is a nice guy, well spoken, and has had a turbulent childhood, and even more rough and tumble adult life. Washington, DC is not all kumbaya, and the only sustainable way to survive is the "iron fist in velvet glove" approach. Turn the other cheek once, then tit-for-tat. (That is actually what computer simulations show to be is the optimum strategy - the only tweak is turning the other cheek once in a while just to give people a chance.)

People around Obama that have glommed on to him have politically hurt him, a lot. The list is long. And he just can't cover for them anymore. The Catholic birth control debacle hurt him enormously, so another person in his cabinet can push their own agenda. Kathleen Sebelius actually thought she could sit down with Catholic Bishops and cut a deal on birth control. Believed the Bishops would disobey the Pope. The Bishops had their back up against the wall, they just had no leeway to negotiate anything. American Catholics are a small part of world Catholic community, and the Catholic position on birth control and abortion has not changed in 50 years.

Many special interests that put Obama in the White House are of the zero sum "I win you lose" mentality. Inside the beltway, the reality is: "I got some of what I want, or even most", but it will not be 100%.

So you can put all the tags and labels you want on people, but look at what any politician has to work with, and you really have to look beyond all the tags and labels.

It is what it is.

This is a good point; I had not considered that before. Thank you for sharing.

As for the rest of your post, it is very wise. I won't quote it, but I do want to say a hearty "AMEN!"

That's awesome. Gene Roddenbarry would be proud of how his creation brings people together.

I find it amusing that there are people who believe that Obama is both socialist/communist and that he is Muslim. You can't be both. A practicing Muslim would never be communist. It would be more of a contradiction than an Evangelical being a communist. Or both a witch and a Christian

For those who think he is one or the other, please provide your evidence. What has Obama done or said that leads you to think he is one or the other (or both?)
Im not reading this whole thread to see if this was answered, but did Obama ever say he was Muslim? I mean a practicing Muslim. Not "born in" to the religon. I am talking active Muslim person.

Elizabeth, Obama said he was a practicing Muslim when he was a boy growing up in Indonesia, so the answer is technically yes. His step-dad was a Muslim who brought him up going to mosque.

However, he never to my knowledge said he was a practicing Muslim in recent history. His church has a very complicated theology, and his pastor said Obama accepted Christianity without renouncing Islam, so the issue is kind of fuzzy.
