I agree with Tryingtofindhim, it totally depends on the guy... and some guys look good with either or. But, personally, I would suggest wearing your hair however you feel most comfortable with it. I once heard a pastor say that the the significance of the Bible's direction about hair length for men and women is more about character--taking on your responsibility as a man or woman--than about the specific length of one's hair, so... if you like your hair long and it's not keeping you back in any way (for example, stopping you from getting a job in your field of interest), why not just go for what you like?
I personally wouldn't want a guy to try to dictate how I should wear my hair (unless it was truly constructive criticism)--it's happened in the past, and never went well! I would just to back to wearing my hair the way I felt comfortable with.

Yeah, I just had to say, with all the debate on whether or not it's Biblical for a man to have long hair or not...
Have you EVER seen Jesus in a picture with a buzz cut? Just something to think about... Sure, we don't actually know what Jesus looked like, but I find it interesting that whether it's in churches, greeting cards, or children's Bibles... Jesus is always depicted with long (at least shoulder-length) hair...
If any of you out there have seen pictures of Jesus with short hair (maybe a Beatle's cut? BUT, at the time, their hair was considered "long" too) or completely shaven... please mail me... I'd be interested in seeing the pics!

I really doubt that Jesus had long hair!

I think pictures of Jesus with long hair are prevalent for two reasons:
1. To feminise Jesus and make him appeal to women.
2. To make Jesus look weak and therefore making it easier to attack christianity.
Jesus was a carpenter. I reckon he was muscly and rugged.
I really doubt that Jesus had long hair!
