Do not be fooled by that picture, our numbers are greater and hearts stouter!

Pick up the lazer rifles, don the power armor, disguise your fair nature with hard favored rage. Then, lend the eye a terrible aspect. Let it pour through the portage of your head like a brass cannon!

Ours is coiffed, mani/pedied and dressed to rumble.

Dang, I thought the Henry V quotes would be enough to make you surrender. Fine! We shall defy your odds (the graph made me laugh btw) or die trying. Huzzah!

I ran into a fair few of the "boring" types back in my church days, but like most people, once you get past the first impression there's a lot to enjoy and appreciate. But what I ran into far more often than that (and this seemed to only happen at our church because I never saw this problem as rampant anywhere else -so this is in no way meant to be a generalization-) was men who... how to put it... only seemed straight because they were Christians.

And in a lot of cases that was true. Some of them openly admitted to homosexual tendencies but refused to act on them because they believed it was wrong. And as nice as it is to see someone stick to their values... it's a turnoff to know they're only hitting on you because they think they'll go to hell if they don't. I don't know what it was with our church but there was a lot of that. I've seriously never seen that happen in any of the other churches I've attended. It made looking for a mate there nearly impossible though. Best of luck to those guys anyways.

Interesting. Maybe all the good ol' boy/alpha male types I have met at church are hiding something.

You can be one of them. All you need is power armor training. I am sure Star Paladin Cross would be honored to bring you under her tutelage.

I thought they were cylons from battlestar gallactica like these, but those don't have the moving red eye light. I think they copied the cylons.

I read a letter recently written by a young Christian woman that seemed to be a large rant against Christian men. She complained about how she never could meet the right guy, and how she felt all the Christian men she knew were "sedentary" and never really had anything going on in their lives. She admits that her daydream is for Christian Slater to show up at church and sweep her off her feet as her knight in shining armor. Yet, she insists that she is "not the bad boy type".

Women like to have excitement in their lives, I (and most men) get that. However, judging us on the first date (or even before) by the lack of earthly activities we have scheduled throughout the week hardly seems fair!

This woman is definitely not the first woman I've come across with this attitude. This woman's attitude wreaks of selfishness and earthly desire. Please note, I'm not naive enough to think this type of issue is related only by woman, but it happened that a woman wrote the message. When women write these things and feel this way it is very discouraging at times. Personally, I feel that I don't have much going on in my life that a woman would be interested in or attracted to. After all, I'm just transitioning out of academia into an unstable economy.

To women: Living for and glorifying the Lord is the most exciting and challenging things we men have to do. That's where the real "excitement" is. Regardless of your gender, a relationship with God (as with any relationship) requires never ending maintenance. Our society is constantly telling us to remain sedentary and allow others (especially others) to work for us or bring us pleasure.
A boring "Christian" man is one who is not following God. and Alien, I guarantee that not all of us women see Christian Men as boring. However, if all a man does is just sit on his rear and watch TV, then he's not doing anything, but being boring. But then again, he's probably not following God. Because the men that I see who follow after God, are not just sitting there, they are doing things, even though it's not glamorous. These are the men who I admire and who gain my respect.

Alien, if you want to gain the respect of a Christian Women, then follow after Christ and ignore what others say. After all, you should fear the one who can destroy your soul, not the one who can take your life.

A good night is praising the Lord, joy peace and righteousness in the Holy Spirit! There's too many lost souls and ways to praise and worship God out there to worry about boredom!!!

Hallelujah, our God is awesome, living, a consuming fire, powerful, there's nothing boring about Him!
And if someone doesn't think the same I wouldn't want to be yoked together :)
