dragging unrelated disagreements from thread to thread will result in a time out
Catfish are not good eating. Foxes know.
The only fox here is the one who doesn't like the gospel of the grace of God through faith without works. That's the fox who claims to be seekingthemindofchrist. It's his business to reject the gospel, but his wicked threats to try to keep me from posting any of the dozen different preachers I've posted gospel messages from is of the devil. I use the term fox as Jesus did, not as the youth today do of someone attractive.

I like pastor Steven Anderson. Society today is clear justification for God's tough stand against sodomites. Now these perverts are irreversibly mutilating children in order to spread their abominable agenda.
Amen Moses.
Before 2000 there used to be a lot of preachers who dared to preach against the pedo priests of the Catholic Church. I heard occasional preaching warning us about those types. Since then, I have taught self defense, combat arts and crime prevention. I hope that those I've taught have been able to fight off the sodomite criminals if/ when necessary. Those kids are the ones I care about, not the naked cross dressers insisting on prancing around on the streets of every city in their parades. If one leaves their Drag Queen Story Hour at the public library, slips and falls on the sidewalk, and can't get up, I'm supposed to weep tears of pity according to the queerbaits or "he's not loving for not caring about the poor LGBT woman."
I don't love that Sodomite and could care less what their fan club thinks.
The queers hate brother Anderson because he's one of only a few that dare to even address the issue anymore. We didn't have so much of a child trafficking problem when society was against it.

Yup, there are people that I hate as well as there are people that you and everyone else hates. I hate child rapists like the wicked people of Sodom who surrounded Lot's house, threatened him with gang rape as I do the damned child traffickers. They can go to hell today and I won't shed a tear Jack.
I've had worthless trash like that go after my family members too. They deserve the death penalty because my Lord says so. I don't know one preacher who ever suggested that they kill the bastards themselves, but if I caught one of them attacking someone who was a victim I sure would defend them. There used to be laws in America against the crime of Sodomy up to recently. The only ones who objected to them were the queers.
Are you a queer or just on their team?

You on the other hand hate preachers who not only speak out against such wickedness, but also who preach the gospel. I will continue to post the gospel at this forum for love of the lost and you will NOT stop me.
Your time would be better spent on your knees repenting before the Lord than making baseless allegations against me, but to each their own.

I could because I am the "new member" (I am anything but a "new member" where the body of Christ is concerned) that H&H has unwarranted disdain for because I have called him out for spamming this forum with videos of a well-known hate-monger, Steven Anderson, who, among other things, calls for capital punishment of homosexuals, lesbians, etc. In fact, if you are but interested in seeing it, then I can link you to a video in which the aforementioned hate monger tells homosexuals that the only advice that he could give them is to put a bullet in their own heads. As the old expression goes, "The apple does not fall far from the tree." In other words, H&H has the same type of hatred dwelling within his heart, and I could easily link you to his own words here on this forum as proof of the same.

Anyhow, here is a link to the thread I started about 3 weeks ago which is entitled "Catfish scammers":

https://christianchat.com/new-christian-chat-members-introduce-yourselves/catfish-scammers.212192/

Rather than "complain" about the same, I did what any true Christian should do. I notified the Administrator here and one of the moderators here of this scammer, and they banned the individual for the protection of members here.

Hopefully, this clarifies things for you a bit.

Have a blessed day.
Can you not derail the thread with attacks of other members. I find Steve Anderson's preaching to range from sensible to extreme and alarming depending on the topic. Telling homosexuals to shoot themselves is extreme. Paul wrote, '...and such were some of you, but now ye are washed, now ye are sanctified, now ye are justified...." We should be seeking for the repentance of those engaged in wicked sexual lifestyles, not their execution. If they are called brothers, then we can expel the sexually immoral and not eat with them.

That being said, there are a lot of Christian traditions that believe in executing people for death penalty crimes like murder, adultery, men having sex with men, sex with animals etc. That's in the Old Testament. It was the LORD who said to put men who lay with men in that way to death. The Bible doesn't say to do that over 'orientation' or to lesbians, or for prostitutes for that matter.

Are you kidding?

The other poster introduced me into this thread by slandering me.

Anyway......

This thread is supposed to be a safe space for Christian singles who are interested in finding fellow Christian singles to start an inbox conversation.

That might be a bit direct. We could say these could be 'just friends' discussions. An online digital discussion where you see each other's faces, in a group, might be nice. If someone reaches out to you after you post, he or she sends a picture, and the other person isn't your type... you can just say 'just friends.'

I don't know what you are talking about. I haven't read the other thread. You mentioned H&H's thread and posted the link. Can you take your beef to another thread? I use a screen color changer, and I can't see your gender (sex), but unless you want to date H&H, how is this on topic?

He brought the beef here.

Apparently, you have terrible reading comprehension skills because I explained that in my first response to you here.

Anyhow, you can have your thread which he defiled with his slanders back.

In point of fact seeking is correct. Healthandhappiness did drag seeking into this thread by slandering him.

I'm not saying any of this derail is a good thing, but he is correct in this.

I'm married, but I have single Christian friends who are looking for spouses, and I know it's tough. I was thinking about this forum, and I thought I'd just create a thread for people to post a personal ad for other forum members interested in finding a Christian spouse. I don't know all the criteria used online, so other users might add suggestions.

You:
Age.
Theological/denominational background.
Height/weight/build/characteristics (piercing, tattoos, etc.)
Geographical location. Willingness to relocate?
Occupation
Gifts, ministries, etc.
Hobbies
Status: Divorced, widowed, previously engaged, virgin, etc.
Unique interesting fact about you
Do you have children? Want children? How many? When?

What you are looking for in a spouse:
Age.
Theological/denominational background.
Height/weight/build/characteristics (piercing, tattoos, etc.)
Geographical location. Willingness to relocate?
Occupation
Gifts, ministries, etc.
Hobbies
Status: Divorced, widowed, previously engaged, virgin, etc.
Unique interesting fact about you
Do you have children? Want children? How many? When?

What you have to offer, and your own philosophy of marriage. What would you expect marriage to be like?

You are looking for in a spouse (spiritually, personality, life goals, physically, etc.)

If you post pictures, the forum can show up on Google searches, so you can PM someone you find interesting for further details.

If this is successful, maybe it could spawn other threads broken down by criteria, e.g. geographical areas, never-marrieds, virgins, widows, height, etc.

I dunno... I don't have a problem with this. I think a thread dedicated to this idea is fine. No one has a gun to their head.

As for me, I've been on perhaps a dozen dating sites, some more than once. I had one platonic meetup to show for all my efforts. I kind of just want to be done with the whole thing.

No, it was a new member who reported someone else who contacted him...the fox in the henhouse.

Sorry, if others like to give out details that's up to them. I guess Facebook and dating social media have been around for a while, so people are used to that. I'm personally private online for as many reasons as there are scammers, trolls and some who made serious threats.

I have seen a lot of people who were lawyers to other assorted thieves who tried to gather information and use it for gain. However, I can't blame your friend for wanting to find a decent woman.

Carry on.
I'm reminded of a boy on the church bus who wanted me to intervene in an argument. He was crying because another boy on the bus said he was eight.

"Are you eight?"

"No, I'm nine!"

"Then what does it matter what he says? It doesn't make you eight. You're still nine no matter how many times he says you're eight."

I remind myself of that sometimes. There have been times people have said some things about me. But the people they were talking to knew they were not true. (They were at least polite enough to not laugh in the gossips' faces though.)

Let people say what they want. Truth shows in how the people they are talking about live their lives. That boy was still nine.
