when I was a young rebel and didn't care of following the law of the land.

I drove at 196km/hr across the Nullabor plain highway.

Now I am saved I stick to the speed limits usually, but sometimes I get distracted and pop over but never like that trip.

A brand new 1972 Dodge Charger - only hit 80 MPH but could've easily reached 140 MPH. Of course, that type of speed is dangerous on the interstate and chances are I would not be alive today if I attempted this.

I basically adhere to all posted regulatory limits also but will occasionally exceed the speed limit when passing.

Mustangs have always been a hot car. Neighbor drives a cherry red Mustang convertible. I drive a rather sedate Nissan Rogue. Glad to have you onboard with us and I am looking forward to your posts. Welcome to CC.

The 1970(?) Corvette was pretty fast. So was the 1977 Datsun 280z. No I didn't drive either one, but it was a fun ride.

I have pushed a 2002 Honda Odyssey to 85-90... and that was to keep from getting run over on the interstate.

I flew a Cessna Skylane once. I guess that doesn't count since it's not a car. We were cruising at around 120 knots indicated airspeed which is about 138 mph. Our ground speed would have varied depending on the wind.
