Don't bother watching the series. I'd rather clean fifty toilets than watch a whole season of the Bachelor/Bachelorette.
*hums...*

Oh Tin---Tin... I have toilets awaiting your attention... If you like, I can leave a rose on the counter.

Has anyone seen "Burning Love?" It's a bachelor parody. Hilarious, but inappropriate (but no more so than the Bachelor itself).

It was on the TV when I arrived at my son's house last night. I just put it on mental ignore. I watched a few episodes a few years ago here, and decided the whole thing was so anti-Christian, I would never watch it again.

The basic premise is that fleshly love and appearances are everything. With a bit of personality. A relationship started like this, with no room for God, is doomed to failure.

I do wonder how long these marriages last? Probably not much longer than the average marriage these days.

Not much worth watching on TV these days. Nope! Not much at all.

Actually Trista and Ryan Sutter have been married for almost 11 years now and have two kids! Just saying :) It can happen on reality TV LOL! And you say it is anti-Christian well Sean Lowe was very Christian and just got married and him and his wife Catherine stayed pure :) Again it can happen on reality TV :)

Reality television is not reality, it's scripted and fake. I've seen a few episodes of different reality shows a few years ago but can't stomach them now. LOL :p

Yes, it's even more fake than most people realize. Duck Dynasty films near here and I know someone who has worked on the crew. They filmed their Christmas episodes in July, if that gives you any indication of how messed up things are. Completely contrived.

It's a bit crazy that even TV series like "LOST" are probably more realistic than so-called 'reality' TV.

Scripted and predictable. I used to watch "Dancing with the Stars." After a few years, I could say what the judges were going to say in advance. I have no doubt, what with the contraints of programming, advertising and keeping the show interesting, they need to plan every word in advance.

That takes scripts, actors, payments for services rendered, etc. Reality that is fake! Really the media and society today!

My Mother in law loves the bachelor and Dancing with the starts, and that's fine with me but she really get's into it, she talks to me about it, which is also fine but I don't watch as often. I did watch the last episode and told her and she was excited to have someone to talk to about it. Her daughter's live out of town and they don't watch either show. I don't mind Dancing with the star's, I don't pay much attention to it, it's OK.

I do like The Voice. I think the interaction between the judges is funny and I like the competition.
