I think that may serve a better purpose if it took place BEFORE the show not after. Just my opinion on it anyway.
Well, if they did it before...I don't know....could be me being way too old school here, but if they actually did it before the show...I'd say the entire show would be the long lost cousin of trafficking...

I think he has like 25 women living in one house, all fighting over who gets to marry him and he weeds them out like a game show. Kissing, and hugging and who knows what else along the way.

My aunt watches The Bachelor and she told me that towards the end of the show they go to a suite and spend the night together. So the bachelor spends the night with both women (on different nights) to see which one he likes more! Isn't that gross? Why would any woman put herself through such an evaluation?
The thing with the Fantasy Suite is that it is the only place during filming that the participants aren't being followed around by cameras so what actually happens (or doesn't) is just up to speculation. A few seasons ago the bachelor was a professing Christian who had no problems with making it public that he was a virgin. He made it quite clear that NOTHING was going to happen in the Fantasy Suite other than him having some private time with each of the two final ladies to talk.

Esther had premarital sex? Because that's what is insinuated with The Bachelor, that the girls have sex with him on different nights.
Well, Esther was included in the king's harem, so it's certainly possible/very likely.

I had often thought to myself that if Soul mates were real, God would have given us a lifespan of a thousand years or more!! lol And you know, perhaps that is exactly the way it was supposed to be, but then we have the fall of man....

Then given the time we actually get now, especially for women, yea, um, ahem, hmmm
Some people still did live to almost one thousand years following the fall and I'm sure they generally married fairly early on.

According to Google The Bachelor started in 2002. Ugly got the premise of the show right. I think.they start off with 25 then each week he let's some go. They also have the bachelorette, a woman chooses men.

I used to have a house-mate who watched either of the series as a guilty pleasure. Man, it was so bad. I watched a few episodes with her (God, please, why?) but I think I'll stick to "Monkey" Magic for my so-bad-it's-good.

I know I am old school, but I understand what you are saying and agree.

I've never seen it but I've heard enough about it to feel as though I'd seen it...

I just wonder what the divorce rate is for those TV show matches. How many of them stay together more than two years? Any of them made it five years?

Don't bother watching the series. I'd rather clean fifty toilets than watch a whole season of the Bachelor/Bachelorette.
