If I ever get married, my husband will have his hands full. I'm wildly independent, I like to do things without help, I tend not to talk about feelings very often, and I've got a feminist streak a mile wide.

But I'm also wildly passionate, ready to fight for my family and those I love, and am always loyal and faithful. And no earthly man will ever be loved more by me than my husband. He will be supported by me in any endeavor (within reason of course) and I would die trying to be that Proverbs woman for him.

So yeah, he would have his hands full but anything worth having is worth a little bit of struggle and fight. :)

Joking aside: Rosesrock it's perfectly fine for a married person to post in the Singles forum. One of our former mods was married.

Just don't go around assuring the singles that "God has a perfect partner for you in His own time" and all that schmaltzy junk like some married people do. But I'm fairly sure you won't do that anyway.

All New Members to the Singles Forum must be approved by wisebeardman before being admitted.

And any thread that has existed longer than 3 1/2 hours must be submitted to wisebeardman's approval before being posting a reply.

Any regular in Singles knows these 2 basic rules!!!

Oh no, I didn't know entering the single forum was a felony. What happens now? Jail time? CP?

The worst thing possible.

You are hereby convicted to spend 60 Days in Purgatory, aka, The Bible Discussion Forum.

If that's not enough to make someone repent, I don't know what is.

I think the news forum and 60 minutes in another Trump thread would be harsher.

No, the BDF is much worse. Spend enough time in there with everybody insulting each other and questioning each other because of what they believe, and you will believe you are not saved.

I know I'm not single but I figured this would go good in this forum.

Basically for me if I ever get married I want my husband to feel valued. To let him know that as much as he makes me feel like a princess I want him to feel like a prince.
I think that's very nice.

KJV. Matthew7;7-11,7.Ask, and it shall be given you;seek, and ye shell find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you;8.For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shell be opened.9.Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will give him stone? 10. Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11.If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much shall your Father which is in Heaven give good things to them that ask Him?;If you're working for His Kingdom so hard and stay in love with Him as His doughter He's take a care any problem in your life and your future to Just ask Him about it.; Lets take a look how is proper His attention and care for His Children, The next verse says on this way, KJV.Luke12;6-7, 6.Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? 7.But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore; ye are of more value than many sparrows.

If I ever get married..

I just hope to love her, with everything I have and everything I am... And that she would know and feel that again and again every day of her life...no matter what happens.

I know the point you are trying to make, but instead of the word "prince," I would use the word "warrior." I think a lot of men would like to be perceived in that sense by their mate more than the quintessential "prince." I could be wrong.

I'm definitely down with being called a warrior.
