If you were trying to be polite you'd be polite. Besides, you're from Tennessee and the women from Tennessee spent their formative years on Mars. You know this.
I thought they were from Venus. Us TN men are the ones who spent our formative years on Mars. Or at least that's what that famous book said...

How many here like being single?
Reasons why I like being single:
- Independence
- Donโ€™t have to answer to anyone
- Freedom to make my own choices without any consequences or affects on others
- Get to spoil myself, my dogs or my neices&nephs
- Freedom to travel anywhere, anytime
- Donโ€™t have to have couplesโ€™ arguments
- Donโ€™t have to share donuts

Reasons why I donโ€™t like being single:
- No man, no marriage, no babies ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‚

I will offer this, from experience:

Good marriage is better than bad singlehood, but bad marriage is far worse than any singlehood.

Tommy: "Women have lots of hobbies."

Um... I'm trying to be polite here but I can't think of any other way to ask this... zeroturbulence do you ever talk to any ladies? I mean like, in real life, face to face? Because every time you make a broad statement like this about women, it is always WAAAAAY off base relative to just about every woman I know.

So I'm wondering do you get your information from real women or from what you hear from other guys or just from your imagination or what? And if it is from women, why are the women where you live so very different from almost all the women where I live?
Donโ€™t make generalizations based on your knowledge of Tennessee women. I realize women where you live have hobbies like calling hogs, square dancing, making moonshine, and looking for roadkill.

Zero lives in L.A., where women know how to read, so he knows women who read and scrapbook. He probably knows women who go shoe shopping because women in L.A. wear actual shoes.

Actually I don't know a single person, man or woman, who is an expert at hog calling, making moonshine or any of the other specialties you listed. I do know some women who specialize in buying shoes though. My aunt specializes in fishing, to the extent that she has sponsors paying her to enter fishing tournaments. Another Aunt of mine specializes in gardening and you should see all the plants she has. Other women I know specialize in video games, motorcycles, welding, photography, all kinds of hobbies they putter around with.

Since the women zero knows only specialize in light hobbies, yes they must be very different than the ladies here in Tennessee.

I am from L.A. originally and I have known female Long Shore Workers, Truck Drivers, Auto Mechanics, Welders, Motor Cycle sales persons, Bus drivers, Sharp shooters, Doctors, Attorneys, Judges, Auto painters, landscapers...Preachers. Of course these things are professions and pay very well but for many they started as hobbies and the ladies figured out for themselves, 'Hey, I can do this!'

Attn men, if smart, strong, talented women intimidate you stay out of Cali. Or if you live in cali. and you don't know any smart, sucessful, beautifull women. Stop seeing wanabe princeses and Valley Girls.

Dude, Iโ€™m white knighting Zero. He is too nice to roast you himself, so someone who is a jerk (like myself) has to do it.

Yes, Iโ€™m sure your aunt surely grows some mighty fine corn for her corn squeezinโ€™s.

Based on my marital experience what you have said is true.

Insulting you has lost its tang since you thought I was serious and did not realize I was roasting you.

Well sorry to disappoint... I'm not proficient at this insult stuff. I would say I'm trying to get better at it, but I don't think this is something I want to improve.

I think you are pretty good at insulting people. Especially when you are self righteous.

I think being single for a guy is different than being single for a woman because its easier for guys to take up hobbies that consume big chunks of their time (and money), whereas women aren't really into hobbies..
....um, what? lol I think you know the wrong kind of women :p.
