Us normal folks just like food that taste good At that level its about price or ingredients. Then the level after that well they don't even care about taste. let it be interesting! that's molecular gastronomy

hi Daisy2. forever, we all have our natural desires considering dining. dining is as fashion, decorating, landscaping & music. there will always be something new with each turn of the earth. a natural or trained palate may differ from your statement. yes, indeed, a poshly decorated restaurant, reputation, & a prime area, is what a diner pays for when the caliber of Nobu is considered. simply stated, we all dine where we think is the best food, no matter the price. i have my favorite steak & seafood restaurants as anyone else. right here in Saratoga, Siro's has the best crab legs, lobster & Maryland crab cakes i ever dined on. & to my surprise, the best carrot cake. every day, a truck arrives from the east coast with fresh seafood, inspected, never frozen, refrigerated in transportation & cooked the same day. that perfectly well, makes a huge difference. the plate above certainly displays a colorful dressed enticement. blessings to you Daisy2.
