Yeah, while Lynx is at work too. Feh and other comments.

Nice pics though. Keep 'em coming.

I did have to remind myself about my own opinion about matchmakers though (it has to do with proper use of a flamethrower) and sit on my paws to avoid making any matchmaking comments.
The rest of us know exactly how you feel.

Catherder and Shouryu would DEFINITELY be THE new CC Bromance. They even had their own language that they spoke to each other at least once an hour, mostly regarding music, movies, and food. Grace-Like-Rain and I could do little more than sit back and watch the magic in action!

They'd even have their own Most Bromantic Nickname together: ShourCat, of course! :D

We missed you Reece! We are (most of us) all back home now. :( Would have been great if you could have made it. Our next meet-up - California! I don't know how. I don't know when. But it's gonna happen!

Aw Reece... Now I'm sad. :( It would have been so great to meet you!!!

But as Grace said, there WILL be meetups in the future, and in varying locations, so I'm definitely hoping that I get to meet you and several others here in the future.

Why, I might even find a date who actually pays for my dinner!!! (HA HA HA, group joke.) It was one of those things where some single people found themselves in the midst of all couples and so of course, we singles didn't want to make the couples feel uncomfortable , therefore, we had to act like we were on a "mock" date... And yes, I can say that it pretty much turned out like all my other dates! :p (Mock date, you are THE BEST!!! :D)

We were so blessed in that everyone in the group was wonderful, even if we were all a bit passive ("What do you want to do?" "I don't care... what do YOU want to do?" Lather, rinse, repeat.)

Hopefully next time, we can include a "Lather, REECE, repeat," :D along with the rest of you as well! :)

Here's to the CC Singles Meetup 2016!!

Lather Reece all you want, just don't lather Lynx. Felines are self-cleaning.

The next meet-up should be in Tennessee. It is central to most of the USA. Everyone will have to drive a little but nobody would have to drive a lot. :D

Okay, okay... how about Arkansas? Missouri? They're both so flat you can see somebody coming 20 miles away so we'd have plenty of time to set out the land mines.

Oddly enough, the regular TV was not even turned on.

Obviously, the men knew their place!

(The kitchen.)
I'm great with a crock pot! Yes indeed. :)

But making spaghetti sauce? How the heck to you do that?

I agree, just not your part of the state.......too far off the beaten path. I mean, come on, if you sneeze hard you end up in Wyoming.

There are a ton of things to do in the summertime in Pennsylvania. Plus you all could babysit for me while I run errands, ha ha.

Although meeting CC members is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience, it does have some lasting and traumatic effects.
For instance, I have been noticing the following withdrawal symptoms:

* Thinking to myself, "I'll just go down the hall and see what Grace-Like-Rain is doing and... D'OH!!! She isn't there!!!" :(

* Wanting to holler, "Mom! Shour's picking on me... AGAIN!!!" because Shour is like the big brother who notices--and has something to say--about EVERYTHING you do! I would love to see someone put him in a timeout. Cage. Dangling over a shark tank. For a couple of weeks. (I got nothin' but love for ya, Shour!)

I also miss having "fiber time" because I've never met anyone else around my age who also takes a fiber supplement in order to aid digestion.
(What can I say, we kept things running smoothly... :D)

* Fighting the urge to constantly holler at Catherder for nearly saying something inappropriate (sometimes while salsa dancing.) Not, of course, that I wouldn't do this myself! (The nearly saying something inappropriate, not the salsa dancing.)

* Having Misty77 threaten to severely cuddle me to death (which, unfortunately, never happened, much to my gross disappointment.)

* Finding ginormous bags of Wookie Cookies (the joke is, "They're Chewie!") on the dining room table... and when one disappeared (which took all of about 10 minutes), another one would magically take its place out of nowhere.

Most of all I miss having people cook for me!!! SIGH. However will I adjust back into normal society? We shall see, as I go back to work soon. :(

A CC Meetup is definitely like falling down the rabbit hole or visiting the Land of Oz for a few days... and hopefully we can plan an even more epic adventure in a town near you (or maybe you can come to us :)) SOON! :)

Now that's just simply not true...that almost never happens, so long as you keep both feet on the ground during the sneeze.

As long as it's not Hot Springs. What about Murfreesboro? Cris?, Once? I bet we could sneak Alyana down too. And maybe we could get a few others. Otherwise, I say, let's go for Mississippi, or Okalahoma.
