The last movie I saw in the theater was Top Gun: Maverick. I liked it because they took a legacy character and treated him with respect, while showing his value to the younger generations.

I wish they would do that with all my other legacy characters  (Luke Skywalker, Indiana Jones, etc.)
I see where they're making a new Beverly Hills Cop... series?

*sigh

Let's see how they'll mess up THIS chunk of my childhood. >.>

Actually I'm kidding. I don't really care. They gotta make money SOMEHOW and they done run out of ideas. I feel sorry for them more than anything. I sure don't have any better ideas than they have.

Dunno. He did a LOT of drugs back in his heyday.

But from what I saw - I didn't look into it, but from what I gathered from the commercial youtube gave me - they are trying to make a TV series for one of those streaming services.

Lynx what do you like to do with your spare time?
Usually: Music, books, biking, baking sourdough bread (BEFORE it got so popular due to covid... I was a baker before it was cool) video games with a good story.

Right now: video games and youtube stand-up comedy, because grandma is 92 and needs someone here 24-7. I will return to normal leisure time schedule soon, but I'm not real impatient for the current situation to change, you can understand.

What do you do for kicks?

I just googled that.

Uh... You're rocking a video card with SIXTEEN gigs video memory, and it's not enough? You need a new computer?

:jawdrop:

About the CDs, I found out from a friend who bought CDs when they first came out, that CDs actually get old after a few decades. You might want to start ripping those to a hard drive. Just so you know.

Oh wait... You have that mega-card, but you still need to build the computer that uses the card? Is that what you meant?
