Most women my age have a bunch of kids, usually by several men & for 'medical' reasons cannot have anymore kids. Many have also had abortions.

I just wanted to be someone's first choice...

but I am usually the 20th, 30th, or 60th+ choice.

I am pretty sure that I am done. There is probably no viable solution.

I messed everything up.

Maybe next life will be better.
Hey brother. I completely understand your concerns. I am waiting for marriage and I hope he (if there is one) has waited for me. But even at 27 I know this is not likely. Let me ask you a question. Are you a virgin? Because if you're not, I think it's wrong for you to be demanding that of a future spouse. Just saying...

I tend to be a problem solver. When I read about a problem, I want to offer solutions.
 You are a man?!?!

( hahahahaha )

;)

Perhaps, you are a tomboy? :D

No, I'm neither a man nor a tomboy. My mind is just generally geared to problem solving mode. I don't know why. I was always a "fixer" even in childhood.

Is it better to marry a virgin that does not love God or marry a woman who is not a virgin that does love God? By the standard you have set you will most likely remain alone the rest of your life. Seems like you have wasted years waiting for the ideal woman to suddenly show up under ideal circumstances, crossing all the 't's, dotting all the 'i''s and waiting for all the lights to turn green. Your waiting for Miss Perfect and yet she does not exists. God can indeed find a loving an faithful woman of your heart's desire but it will be by His standards and not your own.

is that so?

i think as a kid i was more interested in causing problems than fixing them

So I'm 40.... I'm single. I had everything when I was 24, my fiance' was hot as hell, she was an engineer, and she never been with another man.

Then she dumped me for another guy.

After this I have tried to move on, but most women have several kids with several men & their body's have obvious baby damage in various aspects, many have had abortions. Many are not able to have kids and/or do not want kids.

Now that I am 40 I live in constant suffering knowing that I will be alone for the rest of my life. Even if I accept the best case scenario of a single mom with a bunch of kids, I know that I will never have my own kids (due to the woman not being able to have kids and/or does not want kids.)

Every day I wake up is painful. I have nothing to look forward to. Everyone I see during the day with their family just breaks me down. Father's day is the worst day of the year. Most women are primarily interested in money and care less about the man.

I could have taught my kids calculus, how to rebuild a transmission, how to fly a plane, how to get into any college they wanted...

I essentially have no reason to live. I tried to do the right thing and wait for marriage, but now I just wish I was dead on a daily basis.

Please God, take me now. I am yours.

If I have anything to offer, please church/parents: do not teach your children to wait for marriage.

What would you have them taught instead? To be promiscuous and to fornicate at will despite all the warnings AGAINST such behavior???

I would teach an interem solution: by all means, please share your love with someone who loves you (in a safe mannor) regardless of age or marital status.

"Love" as defined by wikipedia:

Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection ("I love my mother") to pleasure ("I loved that meal"). It can refer to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment.[SUP][1][/SUP] Love can also be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another".[SUP][2][/SUP] It may also describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals.[SUP][3]

"Love" as defined by me:

If you are willing to spend the rest of your life with someone, devote your entire soul to someone who inspires you to become the best you can be.... then you are in love.[/SUP]

It is possible to be in love with a woman in an abusive non-loving relationship. I have seen it throughout my years... it is common.

It is up to a good man to save the woman from her life of hell.

Feelings change. With no commitment, how can love survive?
