I'm so fascinated with Henry VIII and his wives and all Tudor history that I have a scrap book with timelines of all the monarchs... guess that's my secret hobbie, and I'm most fortunate that living in the UK I can visit slot of castles another of my favourite past times :)

Just try not to dream about it Melita
Reading history has been a favorite of mine for years
Til I dreamed I was a wife of King Henry VIII

Staring blankly at walls. I've gotten good at it, too! I don't normally share that with people. I don't want to feel vulnerable.
HaHa...awww

Um, remind me to never be around any of my students.

It's like they say, you gotta fight fire with cliches.

Bad idea #271: Dropping into a halfpipe on a segway.

Hey it says here if you dream your teeth are falling out it means the brain worms are spreading!

Feynman recounted another good one upperclassmen would use on freshmen physics students: When you look at words in a mirror, how come they're reversed left to right but not top to bottom? What's special about the horizontal axis? (Hint: The eyes have it.)

I don't know that it's much of a secret but I'm not sure if it counts as a hobby either. I spend a lot of time collecting articles and information about living sustainable, living off the grid, organic gardening, bush craft, articles on energy independence, and a lot of others. The day after I retire, I'm hitting the road and I'm never coming back to my old life *crosses fingers*

Whatever you think was bad about that song, it must be a relative jubilee, truly pale in comparison to what is a crime against humanity, Barry Manilow. He needs to be tried at the Hague, and I figure Mandy had to be addicted to Dramamine. Just think of all the people in jail for victimless crimes. And the suicides. Don't forget the suicides! How many people hung themselves, or slit their wrists, just couldn't take it anymore, who lived with somebody who had one of his CD's? Think of the broken homes, the children who may need psychotherapy the rest of their lives, the people who drove ice picks into their ears... There was one supermarket I had to get over a morbid fear of, Barry Manilow, Cindy Lauper, Styx, quoting Colonel Kurtz, "The horror! The horror!"

I kinda enjoy watching old reruns of pro wrestling shows. I don't like it now, but I do enjoy watching the shows from when I was young. I kinda like to keep it secret, though : p

I like searching through Google images for images of fictional characters I really like. Like Helga Pataki
