So, today was very up and down for me. Physically, that is. Emotionally I'm on a pretty even keel. At first, everything started out well. I had a decent amount of energy. The animals have been extremely peaceful. The sun was shining nice and bright. I even cooked lunch (Shepard's Pie). I had energy and motivation for once. The Shepard's Pie was me friendly (I tolerate goat's milk well enough to have it in limited amounts so I use it in place of cow's). I had a small headache before I even dug in but it was barely there.

Then, around 2 or 3 pm, BOOM! - I had this KILLER ULTRA HULK SMASH headache. Probably because these past few days I ate things I was allergic/intolerant to. ...Again. (I have no idea why I keep doing that. It's like punching yourself in the gut. ...Only tastier.) The energy was drained from me. I felt like I got ran over. Just......ugh. Even though I felt like this I still had to get dinner ready. So 5:18 pm rolls around and I throw chicken into the oven and tell one of my sister to make green beans and bacon and I just chilled, getting up from time to time (which when I have a headache, getting up and doing things makes it worse). When I got up to get dinner, most of it was gone. No chicken, and while there were green beans and bacon, they didn't sound very appetizing. Around 8 pm, when I finally stopped feeling like I got hit by a bus, I decided coffee sounded good and that I really wanted some fresh assorted berries. So I got my sister to chauffeur me. I got a half caff pumpkin/spiced brown sugar coffee made with almond milk and then went to the store and got my assorted berries and a loaf of gluten-free bread (and a pack of lightbulbs because Dad said we needed some).

After I started drinking my coffee and ate a bowl of berries, headache went away like it wasn't even there. I don't think my headache is from caffeine dependence because I can go as long or short as I want without caffeine. I don't drink it consistently anymore. The last thing I had that contained caffeine was white peach white tea this past Sunday. And prior to that...nothing. Maybe it was my blood sugar playing a cruel trick on me for reasons unknown. I don't really care. The headache is gone. I have gluten-free bread and assorted berries to munch on throughout the day. And plenty of veggies I can cook up when I want (my aunt recently got me hooked on baking asparagus in the oven with olive oil, garlic salt, and a little black pepper). I just need to mentally slap my hand away from the things that are bad for me. And SLEEP FOR GOSH SAKES. (I've been waking up from any and every little thing happening in my house. Doesn't make for fun times when you're trying to sleep.)

Not that you guys needed to know all of this. I live a pretty boring life as you can tell.

I keep getting songs by Yes stuck in my head. This is terrible; a great song loops until I don't want to hear it anymore.

Oh man that's horrible. Anyways... I'll be around about in the forums. All these words will make you out and out you know? Just be satisfied and on your way.. :p

Happy birthday, Steve!!! May God bless you loads this next year (and the year after, so on and so forth :D).

(Thanks for indirectly reminding me, Shouryu. Gah. I'm terrible with birthdays.)

That sounds like an episode of hypoglycemia, Lil. (low blood sugar). Eat something every 2 to 3 hours to keep your blood sugar from crashing or getting too low (and also from spiking after you do eat). Also, regular exercise/physical activity can often prevent this. Glad you got rid of your headache and had a good day after all! :)

Contrary to popular opinion, I don't eat cookies all the time. Only every couple hours or so.

Aussie is actually going beddy-byes. Goodnight, bro!
You should go to bed earlier brother. Or are you afraid of the spiders in your bed? Gandalf shudder when thinking about Auzzie spiders. They are the things we make horror movies about here in SA :p

Spiders? They're the things we make into lullabies for babies. :p Kidding. Yes, I should go to bed earlier. It was 1am when I posted. Now it's almost dinner time.

I am busy with my morning tea (yuk I hate tea). Going on to 10h00 here is sunny SA

We watched a program about the nasty wild life in Aussie the other day and it is almost like the dumping ground for all these evil critters. But I know Aussie have beautiful wildlife as well... not all bad.

Yes, we have some beautiful wildlife, and then we have the animals.

Your right, you said you would but didn't. I suppose that makes you a non-teleporting politician instead :p

Every morning this week a song bird has started the day on my air conditioner. Song birds are wonderful things. Song birds at six paces, at 6:45am, are ugly, evil fiends. Did you know song birds are loud? They're louder outside my window than my alarm clock is right beside my bed. At least I think so... my alarm clock hasn't had a chance to go off recently because I keep being awakened by a really noisy bird.
