I'm thinking that with all the cooking Catherder does, someone needs to cook for him on his big day.

Hopefully, he likes ramen noodles.

Marinated in cream of mushroom soup.

One giant cat-shaped pinata... coming right up...

(I've done the homemade "pinatas" before with balloons but added WAY too many layers--I wanted to make sure it was a challenge! But I also didn't let it dry long enough so it turned out being a big ball of mush.)

That's okay. You can serve it along with the ramen and cream of mushroom.

Oh, am I forever to be branded a food snob?

Not at all, Cat! You might come across as many things , but you definitely don't come across as a snob.

We're just saying... you are worthy of the best! (brand of ramen noodles and canned soup out there) :D

Yes. We are. Except that other people are getting older. I am not. Don't know how I do it...it may or may not have something to do with that hideous picture of me that I keep up in the attic.

I have felt so horribly blah the past few days and literally, terribly unbalanced (as if my mental imbalances aren't evident enough.)

Don't you hate it when you know something is wrong but no one can figure out what? I had this sensation that the room is spinning when I get up since November, but the doctor claims it's not sinuses (like it's been in the past) and the allergy med hasn't done a thing.

I just hope I feel better tomorrow because I'm starting another long stretch of work.

Yes, it is terribly frustrating to try to figure out what's causing an ailment. I usually suspect vitamin deficiency of some sort or lack of proper rest. Even plain ol' stress will knock a person out of balance. I pray you feel refreshed soon, in Jesus' name. ♥

So lazy today. That's what that woman did to me!

Guess I should put on something other than sweatpants and actually do SOMETHING productive today. Go visit my buddy, Gym.

Shouryu in the Garden of Eden: "But Lord! It was the WOMAN you introduced me to!" (Who made me do absolutely nothing ALL day!)

That's what I thought. But don't be letting your four legged critters eat them birds all the time... I hear they are high in cholesterol ;)

make sure you buy your eggs from Braums or something. They are better from there. :)
Actually they are eggs from friends who have chickens. Much better than that thin-shelled, watery-yolked junk in the store. Local eggs are the only way to go.

Currently I have a lot of eggs though... because sometimes my friends don't have any eggs, and I've never had a country egg go bad on me yet, so I always say yes if they ask if I need some eggs... so I wound up with a good 8 dozen eggs. I'm looking into recipes for pickled eggs.

Oh, I am so sorry... I didn't clarify myself... I meant, I wonder how hard it will be to milk my own cows and get my own chickens to lay fresh eggs... and how to grow my own veggies. You know, the way it was done... back in your day. ;)

Back in my day we had to hunt for food and slay dragons. You kids have it easy! :p
