Seriously. Maybe a cup of it is okay, but typically, you won't be eating just a cup.....
Popcorn is my weakness.
Same. And everyone keeps on saying like, "No, if you air pop it, it's totally a low calorie food!"
Well first off, calories shmalories.
I try to focus more on eating nutrient dense foods first, carbs and sugars second, calories last.
Second, who the heck air pops their popcorn? It's seriously the most flavorless thing you'll ever taste, even with sea salt. Give. Me. Butter.
(And nope, call me weird, but I don't really believe butter, as long as it's a good quality butter, is evil.)
I never eat just a cup. lol That's why I only have it on the occasion. Plus, I don't want it all that often. Not as often as I used to, at least. I used to make it like every week.
