You assume that the picture is a counterpoint to the image I'm trying to portray.

I take one when I feel restless. Melatonin is a natural substance in your body so from what I understand it's not horrible. But you might want to ask your Doctor or your parents.

I want attention, for responses to my post give me something else to respond to, and allows another person to respond whereas I would have to take on the persona of another human to give myself a response that I did not generate.

Yup, Melatonin is wonderful. It is found in the brain but some people are deficient and as we grow older, the levels reduce and can cause insomnia in people as they age.

I thank God for lavender. It. Is. So. Good. Bought some pure oil and with a hot shower, I am now SUPER relaxed. I love that stuff.

I can't stand the smell of lavender >.< well, at least not in large amounts. Maybe I'll spritz some onto my pillow.

the edge you see is just wax paper.... it works pretty good. No ma'am..... I've never made sourdough.
