The awkward moment when....

You have to fart so bad and there are people around so you try to let it out softly and slowly and boom! It came out like a darn thunder...... Ugh the shame on my face! And I'm a female. All I could do was pretend I had something to go do and walked away and wanted to hide in a corner. Lmbo!

When the only sentence your family hears from your long Skype discussion with a friend is: " Well in that case my brother can just get ordained and marry us"

And just to stop the rumors before they start, I have no current plans to get married, the discussion was about unlikely theoretical possibilities and what is really necessary for a marriage to be a marriage "in the sight of God".

The awkward moment when you realize that when internet shopping for socks for a male relative, you should first click "new" on ebay to ensure that you do not view anything visually disturbing.



Oddly, many men try to sell their used socks by first modeling them.






Sadly, they apparently believe that the best way to do this is in conjunction with the absence of pants.

Seems to be a lot of that going around lately. Am hoping it can be used of God to make us all more forgiving, understanding, and honest with each other. Trying to see things not so much as a lie, but a breakdown in communication. Maybe just try asking, 'This is what you said...is this what you meant? Did I misunderstand you...or did you lie to me?

Yep! Much of what is sold on ebay is brand new and will arrive promptly, like the two pairs of socks I DID end up ordering. Maroon; a hard-to-find color!

Is there anything wrong w/ ebay? Not sure why you phrased it like that. :)

I find good stuff on ebay all the time! Heck, you can buy a car on ebay or even a house. I love love love ebay! I find things that are hard to get on ebay. I have things that noone else has because they are rare on ebay. I even bought a antique sheet music cabinet on ebay !! It is mahogany and has the curved door with footed stand. Its a beautiful piece of furniture and I think I paid 60 bucks for it?

I must've misundersood. I thought you were encountering some sordid sights in socks on ebay before you clicked new. I read your post again and I see that I made a, no, I arrived at the same conclusion. ON EBAY?!

My wife has got you beat on this one. She woke up one morning recently and couldn't find her watch anywhere. She went to Walmart and bought a new one, then when to her folks house for a couple of hours, then came home. After she got home she proceeded to put her new watch on and as she did that her opposite sleeve rode up to expose her old watch.

She had accidentally put it on the wrong wrist the night before when she got out of the shower and hadn't noticed it there all day. ;)
