It's okay Tin... those shows bring out the type of emotional trauma that simply prevents coherent thought and speech. We understand the strain you were under.

Yeah in retrospect it May have been even less amusing than I thought

watching that show Is hard for me. The people on it are not usually just mentally ill - they also Just enjoy the life style. Makes it hard for people to help them

I pray for those people. I also cant help but stare. that lady drank gas!

Spaghetti squash looks like most any other yellow squash at first.

After cutting in half and scooping out the seeds, cook it by steaming or baking. It breaks apart into a bunch of little strands of squash.

The flavor is mild, unlike some other squashes. The texture is different than pasta, but you can use it as a replacement in many dishes. It's good for a low-carb diet or if you want something lighter than pasta. Here are some yummy examples:

Ah... consider me pwned. <----see what I did there?

It's late... I'm sleep and prawn deprived, please excuse any cheesy word-play.

...kippers...? What's kippers, precious...?
It's located on the same shelf in the grocery store as pickled pigs feet, and many other disgusting forms of food. Little salted fish? Ever try Ludafisk? Salted stinky Norwegian fish.

When in the military, I had a roommate who was always eating those canned kipper snacks. He was Swedish. It must be some Scandinahoovian thing.

I've read a lot of negatives toward canned pasta, but for me, nothing beats a can of Chef Boyardee's Beef Ravioli. I know it is kind of disgusting, BUT I LIKE IT. I got hooked on it in elementary school because I never ate anything like it at my house growing up. I don't even like real or fancy ravioli.

Also, give me a can of beef tamales any day. It is usually hiding on the top shelf of the Mexican food isle.
