I am cooking 1lb of beef, 2 jalapenos, about a cup of diced green chile's, half an onion, and some dehydrated garlic....

I do it every few days, tastes really really good, put it in a bowl mix with sour cream and salsa.... BEST MEAL EVER

I have this for breakfast most mornings. Is very yum too with soy milk.

View attachment 224888 or this one with cashews View attachment 224890

I'm not sure if this brand is in America?
For quite some time (years, actually) while I was working, and still eating breakfast, which I do not really do any more, though technically speaking, breakfast is any meal that breaks a fast... any who, I used to eat this cereal from Great Britain; it was super tasty... I too, used to add soy milk, and then switched to almond milk, but discovered after a while that it really needed no milk added at all, and I would simply add boiling water to soften it :)

I could find it on sale occasionally, for maybe $4.00 a box?

At which time I would stock up :D

Which also made it very economical ;)

The last thing I ate was WHITE :giggle:

Cheemo potato and cheddar perogies (= WHITE)

With cauliflower added (= WHITE)

Along with a whole sautéed white onion (= WHITE)

All slathered with a possibly unhealthy dose (LOL) of sour cream (= WHITE)

And a sprinkling of salt (= WHITE)

WHITE was very filling :D(y)

Due to the added cauliflower, I could not finish my usual amount of perogies,
so I now have a few left over to serve as a mid morning snack :)

PS~ the black pepper disappeared into the WHITE ;):geek:

Oh, I boil the perogies, and eat them doughy soft after they are cooked and puffed up :D

I never thought of frying them after they were cooked

Though I will fry-pan heat the leftovers straight away :D

And perhaps consider frying them after boiling next time ;)

Thanks for the suggestion, up! (y)
