Yeah I can be bothered PMing either but if I were going to answer these would be my answers:
1. 93 I think. I do know they number them in alphabetical order. So porter county is 64 and posey county is 65.
2. I was going to guess churchill.
3. Sometime in 1959 before Hawaii did. Interesting side note, we have my great grandpa's coffin flag and it has only 48 stars.
