Ok, before I was more or less joking. Now I'm not :p If you tell him to stop and he doesn't then he needs put in his place. Dont laugh when you say no. Don't even hint that you're kidding. If he puts his dumb head of your shoulder move and push him slightly back. If he puts his arm around you move away and push his arm off. Watch your body language. don't be kind. don't say please don't do that. just firmly say DON'T. who gives a rats rear if his feelings get hurt.
I do.
But fine I will.
I just doubt he'll stop

Good for you! That is definitely a step in the right direction. At least someone else knows about it and is accountable for keeping you safe.
Yeah, it's gotten a little better since teachers have been separating him and me

I mean and it's not awful, I've had guys try to do worse; Corbin, you were in high school (maybe still in high school I don't know) but you gotta know how some of the guys are.
So really what he's doing isn't awful in comparison.
That's not saying I like it or try to let him do it. It's annoying and I tell him to stop, but still
I know exactly how guys are. And what he is doing is a passive version where some guys are overtly aggressive but hes still way out of line. You owe him nothing. He doesn't need you to coddle him. You said stop and he isn't listening. THAT is alarming. Nice kid or not he needs to known that he can't push you. And you need to learn how to stand up for yourself.

It is really smart to keep at least two teachers involved in this. Male, preferably.
I have my math teacher involved (she's female) and my gym teacher who is male

Someone told me to try and get Sergeant Rush aware of it.

If he doesn't stop then its time to bring it to more peoples attention. And not sweep it under the rug.
Don't ignore it assuming it'll go away. It most likely won't.
And don't say "Leave me alone" with the assumption that it won't work. Your voice will make it obvious that you don't think he will listen. Be firm. Say it like you mean it. And keep saying it till he goes away. Far away :p

And don't get annoyed at me lol. Believe it or not I'm not trying to be mean :p

I won't get annoyed with you I know your not trying to be mean.
(Plus by now I know that if I even say the word "boy" you'll be showing up in the thread :p)

It went okay.
I didn't stay for his reaction haha...
But, he's been the same. Which is bad and good.
He has this thing going on where he likes to come up to me and put his arm around me or his head on my shoulder and it makes me super uncomfortable especially after I said no.
And I try to tell him to stop but he will not listen.
But, he doesn't seem hurt or anything like that
That is actually really bad. He is not respecting your boundaries at all, no matter how endearing or innocent/sweet his actions may seem on the surface.

I don't see his actions as "sweet" or "endearing"

It isn't weird. Its what they're there for. Just tell them there is a situation you're uncomfortable with. Make them aware. Let them do the rest.
