I agree I read a little on things lately because I assumed I was seeing a bend of the horizon on top of a mountain I visited with a friend what I learned is depending on where one is standing on earth the time of day and the light reflection moving etc,, the light we can see doesn't pass through the earth it will bend around as it travels.
So this will picks up the sort of a invisible shape of things it passes and increases its affects on the eyes and how things appear like a object appearing bigger than it is or smaller than it is like ships on the sea seen from not that far off shore or on a smaller boat light bending including curvature of land.. Ever seen a carrier coming into port it's not until it's fairly close the size can be really seen.
even the horizon so the horizon can seem to bow and it is for real but it's just light is being curved so the visible affect can have a doubling affect of what it should appear one can be seeing more or less of a object. It's all alittle more science to it that but the basics I got from how light impacts human eye sight.
True true
you know something I was pondering a couple days ago is that our eyes can neither see in full darkness or in full light, if it is too dark we cannot see if there is to much light we can't see but whats more is that our eyes lose their sight.
But if you think about it in God's light we lose sight with our fleshly eyes in viewing things more and more as we begin to see with his eyes a completely different pair of eyes not of the flesh.
It's as if our eyes mechanism was created from the start to represent seeing with ours and seeing with his and what happens when when we are blinded by the light.
Another think I was considering is that in God there is only can only be good in satan only bad, God's angels bear light satans bear darkness, our eyes need both light and darkness to be able to see because if we have to much of either we can't see at all and we humans unlike angels can bear both light and darkness in us even as Christians we still bear darkness, good and evil like God but angels are either for God or not either pure evil or pure good.
And something I noticed is that not only does God desperately want us but so does satan in this war between God and him we humans seem to be something very vital on both sides and considering we can bear both light and darkness it makes me consider what exactly our part in this war is
