(Imma... please forgive me if I'm stepping out of my boundaries here. It's just really been on my mind that there might be a little follow up needed.)

Folks, there is some back story to this post. It is very possible that she is understating things significantly with that simple post.
A little of the backstory can be found here: http://christianchat.com/prayer-requests/61850-leaving-my-abusive-husband-finally.html
Oh, snap. Thanks for this, SeatBelt, I had no idea.

That awkward moment when you wake up and you don't know what day it is.
After looking at that, I paused, looked at my calendar thinking to myself, "It's Tuesday, right?? o_O"

that awkward moment that for a split second you freak out thinking you were wrong about today's date. :p

Imawildthing, just want you to know how brave I think you are. Going through what you did is tough. Leaving the situation is even tougher. Just know, I'm praying for you.

That awesome (not awkward) moment when you realize how wonderful the people on CC really are... and that they really, really care. (Many thanks to SeatBelt and TinTin for making us aware of a situation that really needs our thoughts and prayers.)

Sorry for bringing my problem here, it actually wasn't just my husband I was referring to in that post though, it was others of my in-laws that are driving me up the wall as well.

The people on CC can surprise you like that ;) lol

Sorry folks for bringing that here. It was just on my mind, and I was ranting. It actually wasn't supposed to end up in this thread... oopse

That awkward moment when you look at the age of someone that just called their husband a butt-head & do a double take because it says "Age:17"
Lol, you're not the first to do a double take on that.

I'm not taking jabs at anyone, but I honestly can't see myself being married by the end of this year when I turn 17 (my birthday is in December) o_O maybe I'll find "true love" by then, but I doubt it. I just can't see myself being ready to be married by then
I can't say I found true love at 17, but I can say I love him now.

I was married...the first time around...when I was 17.

It lasted less than a year. Yep, yep.

Not saying that happens to everyone who gets married so young, just...yeah.
I hope we last longer... I really hate to leave him.

That awkward moment when you read the above post on Peanuts, and you realize the shirt you're wearing has Snoopy and Woodstalk on it. :p

That awkward moment when, because of peanuts, you don't know if you cursed at your mom or it was all a really bad dream. Oh please let it be a nightmare. Yeah, you see what peanuts does too me. When will I learn to stay away from those cursed things.

I didn't know Snoopy was the cursing type.
It really was a nightmare, because I barely spoke two words to her yesterday. In fact, I'm not sure that I even spoke one. I was in bed all day. Apparently a temperature of 99.4 can make your body ache for worse then one that's 101. And 96.4 (today's temp.) is closing in as well. Hmm, Aimee, what's the deal with my body?

That awkward moment when an attractive girl finds out she works close to your brother (in the oil fields) and excitedly asks you "Is he attractive".

That awkward moment when a girl uses the word 'attractive' in reference to a guy! Who does that? Girls are 'attractive' guys are, um, (insert suitable adjectives here)...I've never, in my whole 30 years alive on this planet, heard another female refer to a guy as 'attractive'.

We's family, girl. Related by His blood. Ain't nuffin that hurt one of us that don't hurt all of us. And No use in hiding from us what God knows we need to be praying for. I may be a lil red in the neck sometimes, despite my education, but we are kin because of Him and you need to let us love on ya.

That awkward moment when your parents are out of town for the week, so your dad isn't around to kill that spider on the ceiling.

The pro of being by myself was that no one was around to hear me scream as I tried to usher it into a cup and it fell down instead.

Ahaha, i like this thread XD

Hmm...that awkward moment when you step out of the house, so cool and confident that you look absolutey great, only to realize that, roughly 3 hours later, looking at the bathroom mirror, find that you were wearing your blouse inside out (happened to me twice XD)
