I drink water almost exclusively. I love and crave ice water.
Sometimes I have a teeny bit of decaf coffee, preferably loaded with real cream and noooo sweetners. I'm not a milk fan but sometimes it's good for change. White only.
No juices because of the sugar content. No sodas, ever. I have not strayed from water in months. No treats at all.
