It's not just about women dressing immodestly. Many of us men by nature visually undress women unless we train ourselves not do to it. If we don't accept the work that Christ does in us, or if we don't even know that He wants to change us from the inside out, we are going to be violating Matthew 5:28 repeatedly.

Trolling??? I merely stated that one has to be careful and make sure lust is clearly defined and not confused with something else. We must be careful of stereotyping any group of people.

Okay, I don't mean to derail the thread, but I have to say that Miley is a lifelong victim of MK ultra experiments by the CIA from a very young age. She got tortured by the CIA program MK Ultra in unthinkable ways. Just look it up, mk ultra, you will understand. I cannot say more.
