I saw a suggested video clip on YouTube the other day, and it was of a man asking a young woman he met on the street for her phone number, after warming her up to it first.
When I was single, I didn't do that sort of thing, ask a girl I met on the street for her phone number. I had to know something about a woman's faith before considering trying to date her, with what little dating I did. Usually, women don't hit guys up for their phone number, so we men tend not to have to worry about that so much. I did have one girl give me a phone number in college that I recall, unsolicited, and another young woman I met on a bus give me her name card. But it wasn't a usual thing.
I'm wondering about the Christian single women here. Do you ever face the situation where some male stranger comes up to you making friendly conversation and then asks for your phone number? How do you react? Would you date a stranger you met on the street?
