Been there myself, but with all the years of how people KEEP CHANGING what is suppose to happen and who the players are it begins to make one wonder if those who are claiming it was about the end times are really telling the truth. Also read Josephus about the Jewish wars and what happened from 67-70 AD and it throws a whole different light on things.

I have read Josephus, strangely enough, He does not reference this event...

Rev 1:7 Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

How about the tribes in China, they mourn did they? How about in Africa, India, Indonesia?

Still waiting for this one...

Isa 45:23 I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out of My mouth in righteousness, And shall not return, That to Me every knee shall bow, Every tongue shall take an oath.

And when did this occur?

Act 1:11 who also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven."

I'll have to make a side note and investigate that when I get a chance. I really have zero knowledge about that. Wait, was Josephus taken prisoner and became a historian? Seems I do recall something...

I don't beleive that they can. Trumpets is about the trumpets of Revelation, focusing on the Last Trumpet...

Rev 11:15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!"

what about the former and latter rain, how the Spring Feasts was about Messiah 1st coming?

Which brings up another point...

Mat 24:22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened.

Exactly what weapons would Rome use to destroy EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD on earth? Secondly how are those days shortened?

Mat 24:27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Mat 24:28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
Mat 24:29 "Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
Mat 24:30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Ah, but notice that Pentecost, the early harvest, is 50 days after His ascension (the Wave Sheaf, Lev 23:9-14). Pictures the early harvest of the few He calls at this time.

my brother, do you realize what is going on in just the US right now? It is not child's play. but probably best not discuss all that here. Are u familiar with Ezekiel? and what does that describe perfectly, that a man's eyes in their sockets, tongue in his mouth, rot while he yet stands?

Ah, but when is the time frame for that? Zech 14 and Rev 19 shows that is the battle that occurs when Christ returns. This is gettting off track slightly, but still has to do with the return of Christ and Trumpets.

Ah yes brother just-me, though I am seeing that only half of the feasts were fulfilled as were only half of the prophesies fulfilled. (when I say half of course that is roughly) Are you saying that all have been fulfilled? I am seeing that it is during the Fall Feast that Messiah will come back, not knowing what year of course. Is it not during Feast of Trumpets, corresponding to trumpets in Revelation?

Excellent insight. This is exactly what the Feast of Trumpets shadows.

I haven't studied that far yet, but I believe that this also refers to the 7 Spirits of God in Revelation. This is getting deep, and is meat for sure!!! I love it, and will share with you what I believe is the big picture. Keep in mind that my mind is concentrating on tabernacles because it envelopes all others. Tabernacles were made before the feast during the 40 years in the wilderness, and this feast cayuses one to live the sustenance that God gives. Water from the rock, the brass serpent, and the manna. Tabernacles are made of foliage, each part a spiritual meaning of protection, disinfecting, seeing the sun rise and set, and on and on.

Revelation 5:6 (KJV)
[SUP]6 [/SUP]And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
I thought I'd research some, and give you my thoughts, and attempt to paint a completed picture. I feel that one cannot take bits and pieces of scripture connecting those segments with the seven spirits of God. So.... here is the complete picture as I think the book of Revelation is suggesting emphatically.

There are seven major covenants in scripture.

1.Adam=God giving sustenance and authority over land and animals to mankind. This is the first time in the Bible that blood was shed for the atonement/covering of the sinful flesh

2.Noah=The promise not to destroy the faithful, and never again destroy the earth with water depicted with a rainbow

3.Abraham=the promise of making a nation for an example to all the world

4.Moses=giving instructions to learn the will of God distinguishing, and identifying transgression, eventually led to the promised land and the sandal covenant

5.David=the promise of an everlasting kingdom through his lineage of Judah called the salt covenant, salt being a preservative

6.Jesus=the promise for the remission of transgression/iniquity/sins completing the promise to David, the Priesthood being through Judah, transferred on the mount of transfiguration. I believe that Jesus is number 6 in this sequence of events because He became flesh and dwelt among us as John chapter 1 states.

7.Ephraim and Judah as one nation=Ephraim is classified as the entire world of Gentiles being connected with the dispersion of the 10 tribes captured by the Assyrian Empire never to return to the promised land until the final judgment described in Revelation. Judah returned in 1948 as the Jews, and will be united with Ephraim.

This has always been my understanding of just about all of the stories of the Children of Israel. They are the "rehearsal nation," yet at the same time they are very special, at least I believe so.

The Children of Israel were in Egypt and God sent a man named Moses (drawn from the waters) to lead them out of bandage through the wilderness to the Promised Land. This to me is more than just a picture of what all who believe experience. Reading in the Word, I see this also in the prophets.

Every time I read the Bible it is new to me, but never different. It took me a while to see this post, forgive that............thank you dear sister.

Thank you. Did you know the Feasts are "rehearsals"? You probably already did know that, but I am just finding out these things. Praise and glory be to God!!

Of course I don't know, just that I think that man will be very destructive and kill millions, and it's cut short by Messiah coming, and take up the elect, then wrath. ..wow I need a break from this....I pray Lord's will be done, however this part makes me squeamish.

Continue from post #109
Ezekiel 37:15-23 (KJV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP]The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
[SUP]16 [/SUP]Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then takeanother stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions: (Gentiles)
[SUP]17 [/SUP]And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these?
[SUP]19 [/SUP]Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.
[SUP]21 [/SUP]And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
[SUP]22 [/SUP]And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:
[SUP]23 [/SUP]Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.

This is a complete picture of the history of God’s faithfulness, judgments, and promises from beginning to end. In essence we see 7 events, one built upon another, completing God’s divine plan that I would classify as the 7 spirits of God. I believe this can be all wrapped together in what the true church should be, and then including the 7 churches in the first part of the book of Revelation.

1. the church has been given authority
2. and promised protection due to being faithful
3. They are promised increase when justified by faith
4. They are to conduct themselves with integrity so to glorify God
5. and will be completely beautiful as the betrothed bride of Christ
6. The Groom knocks on the heart's door in preparation for the marriage
7. and faithfully prepares a place for her, with joy receives her for Himself

This is what I would call the 7 spirits of God denoting Resurrection; Spiritual completeness; and our Father's perfection, as we talked about yesterday evening.

Much of the Bible is type and anti-type. Most prophecy is type and anti-type.

I don´t know how but, today, I don´t want to be at my mother´s to hear the "rehearsal" I am about to be present, in Caracas. I couldn´t go back my home and I wish I could be present in the enviroment I belong, not at this noisy city and away of its traditions.

It be nice if God gave me the chance to enjoy His timing, the celebrations of His years -at least those Jesu was present- to se how He was living, on earth, what our heavenly Father had planned for us (and I believe those feast will be enforced, somehow or MADE IN A NEW FASHION, showing how HE wanted Jews to celebrate those feast.

Thanks for this thread!

I do that too. It should be 50 days after His crucifixion, not ascension. That term is so easy to mis-type. God bless brother.

No, it is 50 days after His ascension. That is plainly shown in Lev 23...

Lev 23:15 'And you shall count for yourselves from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed.
Lev 23:16 Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath; then you shall offer a new grain offering to the LORD.

What Sabbath is the Wave Sheaf?

Lev 23:10 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'When you come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest.
Lev 23:11 He shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted on your behalf; on the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.

The day after the Sabbath that occurs during the Days of Unleavened Bread.

I absolutely DO NOT believe in animal sacrifices for sin, that is one more of your absurd twists and lies. The truth is animal sacrifices NEVER paid for sin...

Heb 10:1 For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect.
Heb 10:2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins.
Heb 10:3 But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year.
Heb 10:4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.

They were the remembrance and as Paul said in Galations...

Gal 3:23 But before faith came, we were kept under guard by the law, kept for the faith which would afterward be revealed.
Gal 3:24 Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
Gal 3:25 But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.

They were the schoolmaster to bring us to Christ.

As far as #2 up there, when did Christ return? If all is fulfilled He must have returned. When was Satan incarcerated as per Rev 20:1-3? Seems to me he is still walking about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. When did the Twelve begin ruling on the twelve tribes of Israel?

Mat 19:28 So Jesus said to them, "Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Rev 1:7 Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

And Ms Zone, one would have thought there would have been at least a slight mention of this in the history books. Had you read anything I have posted, instead of being too busy slandering me and many others, you would have known I do not teach animal sacrifices for sin. Oh well...

Mat 13:11 He answered and said to them, "Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.

i'll come back to this.
i don;t care how you wiggle at this point - you said we are going into a Millennium; with Ezekiels' Temple; where sacrifices are offered FOR SIN.

what you do with what the blood of bulls and goats accomplished matters not.

you said we're going there again....bloody animals killed...and Ezekiel says FOR SIN.

careful calling me a liar john...you might be proven to be such.

Never said sacrifices for sin. There will be sacrifices in Ezekiels Temple...

Eze 44:10 "And the Levites who went far from Me, when Israel went astray, who strayed away from Me after their idols, they shall bear their iniquity.
Eze 44:11 Yet they shall be ministers in My sanctuary, as gatekeepers of the house and ministers of the house; they shall slay the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.

Once again, animal sacrifices will be a schoolmaster to teach people the need for the sacrifice of Christ. And once again, your fabrications, misrepresentations and outright lies have been exposed.

The count is to the day after the seventh sabbath, that is after the cricifixion. The wording is a bit tricky in the Bible at times, so if you have a digital Bible like e-Sword or TheWord, it helps to do a comparison with other verions of the Word. I will do one, and paste it in a few minutes...God bless you.

I have always correlated Pentecost with the giving of the law which are both 50 days after Passover.
What month was the end of the feast of weeks? I'm still learning. And what is that relationship with the New Testament?
